Nourished has changed my life!
I have been switching my vitamins regularly over the years never really finding the right ones. Then Nourished came along and now I won’t go back- gone are the days of multiple huge tablets that are a nightmare to swallow! Within a few weeks of these I felt so much more me! Highly recommend! End result of the quiz didn't reflect all my answers, the rest is great!
I really liked the quiz too determine what you were lacking and may need supplements for, however the end product didn't reflect my answers. I have PCOS, but it doesn't affect me very much which I put, and yet two layers were dedicated to a supplement to help that.
I like the orange flavour, the texture is okay, I wasn't expecting the chew to be so big! I like the colour layers, very pretty.

Pleasantly surprised by these. Having spent several months feeling a bit run down I decided to try these after seeing several adverts on Facebook.
I liked completing the quiz to discover the best stack for me and that I can alter this at any time for future orders.
My vitamins arrived within a few days of ordering and were well packaged. I love that the individual wrappers can be composted at home.
I’d seen a couple of reviews mentioning a weird texture so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I find it to be fine and the taste and flavour is nice.
Too early too say yet if they’re working for my health but so far so good.

Very cool idea to be able to curate…
Very cool idea to be able to curate your own personalized vitamin stack. I feel like my hair is growing better and my digestive issues and bloating have lessened. So far I've tried the Strawberry and Blackcurrant flavors and both are tasty - its almost a little treat.

Nice concept but ££££
Nice concept. Did nothing for me. Wayyyy overpriced relative to everyday alternatives, and particularly pricey given the *very low dosages* contained in the gummies (would need to take several a day to get close to amounts provided in capsules)

We provide the dosages that are set by the NHS and back by scientific studies too! Our Nourished stacks also have a higher absorbency and efficacy rate compared to standard pills 😊

Good quality gummies which taste nice. I didn't expect them to be so big and assumed they would be small gummies but its fine.

My first order was all right, my sceond was not
My first order was all right. However, my second order was not palatable and did not taste like the flavor I picked. I ordered the new citrus flavor, and there is no lick of citrus flavor to be detected. Regarding the vitamins selected, I did not deviate much from my first order, so I'm a bit disappointed with how my second order turned out, as I now have a whole box that I can not stomach to put in my mouth.

I've been taking this vitamin for a month now, and I feel like I have a bit more energy. I'll keep using it to see if the effects continue to improve over time.

The vitamins arrived well packaged and…
The vitamins arrived well packaged and within a decent amount of time of the order being placed and shipped. The texture is different to what I was expecting, not horrible by any means but less gummy than I was thinking. The flavour I chose was sweet green apple which is quite tasty and the flavour comes through really strongly! I will try a different flavour next time! The real benefit for these is in my partner actually taking them. He cannot swallow pills and tablets for trauma reasons and his diet is terrible, so getting him to swallow any kind of multi vitamins has basically been a no go. Any other kind of gummy vitamin has also had issues and so when I saw these it was worth a try and with the price tag if he will regularly take them. He loves the flavour, but again the texture is not what he was expecting and I think he is still getting used to it. For me it is peace of mind that he is actually taking some basic minerals and vitamins- I would love it if a multivitamin could be developed so we weren't limited to 7.

It's a great idea
It's a great idea, I'm always hearing of alternative vitamins that I'd like to try out for a month or so. I'm not very good at having one every day, but they're tasty and I like the peace of mind they give, even if I'm not totally sure of the other benefits. I trust they're good! That's the way with vitamins, I find!
