We did not receive our order. I was sick thinking I had been scammed. I found their Customer Service e-mail and sent in my situation. Less than 24 hours later I had a response, the order was placed again and a very thoughtful email explaining they would resend the order. No hassle. Whew! I call that Customer Service.

The product works, but not fully as advertised!

In seconds? Not really minutes. It took about 3 minutes to inflate from 33psi to 39psi.

Battery Capacity? Good be better. I inflated 4 tires from 33psi to 39psi and had to recharge. Seems impossible to inflate one tire from 0 to 39psi without recharging!

I received an unexpected charge on my debit after having already paid for a product at Christmas time. I sent two emails, no response. I then called them and reached a rep who refunded a membership that I didn’t sign up for. Probably won’t order from this company again.

I woke up to see a payment made by PayPal for a subscription that I unintentionally made. I didn't realize that was what the payment was for until I received the response to my question and saw that the money was refunded immediately (several hours had passed between my initial message, basically demanding to know what the payment was for and could they refund it because I didn't order anything, and my seeing the answer to my question and the refund). That is true customer service!

Airmoto's tire inflators work awesome, bought for Christmas. The 3 Star rating is because, out of the blue Jan 18th, my PP was charged for a 33.53 VIP monthly program they added on checkout. I freaked out thinking I was scammed and contacted them right away, email/call/ and warning others in their FB ad comments. By the end of the day, they refunded my charge but, never explained. Because of that, my trust isn't 100%. Beware.

I received my products in a reasonable time frame. Had an unexpected charge, reached out and had the issue resolved quickly and easily.

I love my Airmoto. So convenient and easy to use.

You know you suck as a business when you have to hide service "subscriptions" with your product sales. I doubt they would have a high rating if people noticed. Lucky for me, I paid with PayPal and had notifications set up to get an email if I am charged with PayPal. Some "service"?? that had automatic payments! I canceled it now and will report them to PayPal if I don't get a refund that I requested. Sneaky I have to admit. I'm sure most people don't notice your monthly "service" charge. Pathetic.

They handled my problem. And b resolved it.

My Airmoto went bad, wouldn't take a charge. I contacted the support team and they had me do a couple of things, including a video for them. They quickly reissued a replacement. That's great service. Get that 2-year warranty.

Company stands by its product. Excellent customer service.

trouble shot issue immediately. Resolved the Charger not working and sent me a replacement unit. Highly recommended and will use in the future for more units.

Quick response to correct my order. I mistakenly ordered 4 only wonted 1. Very good correspondence. Very good experience.

Prompt service and resolution of issue.

Ordered as a gift and now am receiving reoccurring charges for a subscription I did not sign up for. They added it to my order and that’s super sneaky and NOT okay. And if I log on to my account I can’t even cancel the subscription, I have to call or email. I called and was told to “leave a message”. Super frustrating and if I knew this would happen I would have never bought in the first place.

Airmoto is scam and a joke..anyone who gives it other than one star is an idiot..good for topping off low car tires as long as it isn't more than three or 4 pounds of air off..let's see the company post all the negative reviews..their review scale will be reversed..total piece of crap...
