I'm happy with the product and the customer service I have received thank you

I havent really put it to the test yet. I received it about 2 weeks ago? I did however needed to inflate my 2 of my tires to 4 more psi which it took about 4 minutes. Imagine if my tires were super low, this airmoto will probably take a much longer time. So yes, it's a must have in every car. It's a lifesaver.

The web screens are cluttered, and not always responsive, so I inadvertently ordered something I didn't want and couldn't back out! Very frustrating! However, the good news is that the Support staff responded fairly quickly, understood what had happened, and, thankfully, straightened things out and processed a cancellation and refund right away.

He made it really easy to cancel orders other companies had to wait from the ship it and then they’ll send me paperwork. Send it back, which made no sense to me, but this is a great way of doing, but I’m still looking buying one, but probably at the store.

I made an error in ordering, realized it next morning. They had an email on the order confirmation. I sent a note the next morning. They adjusted the order and sent the order I wanted. Many thanks for quick response.

Needwd help with my order and customer support was super!!

I was anxious because I had duplicated an order not knowing the first order went through but I emailed the company and I received a response right away and my issue was resolved without delay. My only suggestion is to have a step in the end of the ordering process that let's the customer know your order has been completed. I dont really like all the add-ons for more products either but I get it.
