Completely incorrect sizes, lazy clothing company
Completely inaccurate sized small item. Bought from John lewis and the skirt was so inaccurately sized I now have to return it immediately. Went onto the website to double check the exact dimensions of the skirt but Ghost London doesn't have a size chart with any specific dimensions.Your size smalls should not be 4 inches off in size and equivalent to large sizes, this is not a cheap brand and the least you could do is size your clothes accurately. Honestly extremely frustrating that so many women's clothing brands don't provide accurate sizing information, ghost is particularly egregious though and I will never purchase from this brand again.

Received my order witha dress which was…
Received my order witha dress which was missing a button, I sent over photos as requested and then had a refund confirmation. Since that time a week has passed and no refund. Followed up and they are saying the dress does have all the buttons and also a stain so they cannot refund. I have photos of the missing button and the dress without a stain. When I called they said that the warehouse had confirmed that a refund would not be processed but I had already got a refund confirmation. Really poor customer services and when I asked to complain they said there is no manager or Complaint department. Such poor customer services.

Ghost lovely clothes shocking customer service. I purchased a few dresses in the sale and two were perfect however the colour of the third was not acceptable so had to return it.
On the reverse of the order form it states that returns from UK via the online portal are free.
However a "handling charge" of £4.95 will be deducted from the refund!!!!
This is a hidden cost to cover the postage so to say that returns are free is completely misleading and they are covering it up by calling it a handling charge.
Be advised if you order from Ghost to add nearly £10 onto the purchase price because if the item is unsuitable or doesn't fit then you pay to return it!
Not good customer service guys and yes I did contact customer services who told me in no uncertain terms that it's printed on the reverse of the order form so therefore it was not misleading.
So many people have complained about the same thing on here then I firmly think that Ghost need to take notice and amend their literature and conditions.

Impossible to contact! High price returns!
I bought 3 dresses,they arrived in reasonable time. One of the dresses fitted well, the other two didn`t look very nice on, so I wanted to return them - on starting the process it seemed I had to pay £4.95 per item to return? Returns as with most other companies shouldn`t be charged for - they should be factored into the business! I tried sending emails from two different accounts and they came back undelivered, I tried calling and after the initial voice the line goes dead! The telephone message says the email address is customerservice (no `s` on the end) the written address is customerservices - with an s on the end - I tried both! I`d love to hear back from Ghost as I cant contact them. Perhaps they can reply back to this wiith available contact details?

A Christmas Win: Ghost Fashion Dress Delight
I bought a dress from Ghost for my wife as a Christmas gift, and it turned out to be a total win. First off, I somehow nailed the size, and she loved it, so that's a win in my book.
The delivery was surprisingly quick, and the whole process was easy. My wife was happy, I got the size right, and the whole Christmas surprise went off without a hitch. Thumbs up for Ghost Fashion!

Okay not great
Not really the fault of Ghost but the delivery date and time changed four or five times. As it was indicated as a sign for this was annoying in terms of waiting in. The trousers are fine. Not as well styled as they looked in photos. More shapeless. But bought in sale. Maybe my expectations were too high

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my beautiful attractive dress was badly made. The seams were crinkly and the lining was showing on the neckline.
I could not exchange as my size was sold out so had to return.
When I returned the dress I was charged £5 delivery which was not reimbursed with my refund.
The dress has been greatly reduced now, glad I couldn’t keep it as I wouldn’t have worn it before Christmas Day.

The delivery cost of £4.95 is the payment incurred for the service to ship the order out to you safely and effectively. Our policy states that we offer returns free of charge which means you can return back your items without paying for returns and we also offer exchanges in returns without charging delivery costs again. However, this doesn't mean we offer a refund for the initial delivery cost.
Therefore you have been refunded back for the entire order minus the initial shipping fee of £4.95
