Refuses to refund items when they are returned
I placed three orders with Ghost, two from their sale. I returned a number of items from the two sale orders, and the only item I purchased full price. One of the sale items wasn’t refunded. When I contacted Ghost to request this refund, they ignored my request.
Ghost charged me a £4.95 "handling fee" for each order that was returned (3 x £4.95 = £14.85), even though all of the items were returned in one parcel. When I requested a refund of this "handling fee", they refused.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is not allowed to impose any fee on the consumer in respect of a refund. Ghost, however, has refused to refund the 3 fees charged, or the £4.95 delivery charge for the order that was entirely returned.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the retailer is required to refund the delivery charge if an entire order is returned. When I notified Ghost of this, they refused to provide a refund.
Although I love the clothes I've purchased from Ghost, their customer service is peremptory and unlawful. I would not recommend ordering from them online unless you are prepared to be hit with unfair fees and refused your lawful rights to a refund of delivery charges.

The initial delivery cost of £4.95 is the payment incurred for the service to ship the order out to you safely and effectively. We offer free exchanges in returns without charging delivery costs again. However, this doesn't mean we offer a refund for the initial delivery cost.
Therefore you have been refunded back for the entire order minus the initial shipping fee of (enter the amount), and the handling fee of £4.95.

Won’t order through Ghost again
Clothes quality is good but stock and delivery /returns systems are poor and misleading. I have twice placed orders and was subsequently contacted to say there was a problem with the stock , resulting in cancellation of part orders.
Also whilst stating that returns are free, this is countered with a handling fee which is equivalent to a return posting fee. It has cost just short of £10 for the privilege of trying on a single item which is sized very differently to other ghost items. The fit was vey large and sleeves were 5 inches too long. There is no further stock to arrange an exchange with and Ghost do not allow an exchange for an other product of equal cost.
I will not be ordering directly from Ghost again.

Bought this beautiful pale green silky dress for a wedding, as one of the Best Women. Fits perfectly having followed their size guide and had gone up a size to fit my curvy shape. SO sophisticated, beautifully made, looks expensive but actually was very good value for such a stunning dress.

LOVE the drape and swish of the crepe fabric when I walk.
Wish that more dresses were offered in the matte crepe fabric, and in solid colours. I do not favor prints, which go out of fashion quickly. And shiny satin does not flatter the older figure, so I avoid that fabric as well. Being fair, more light neutrals would be wonderful. The classic cut of your dresses is fabulous.

The skirt hangs nicely and I went down a size as there was so much give in the waist band. There was a slight length difference from the L to M , the M being an inch longer !!
Very happy with this skirt and will look forward to wearing it soon.

I returned the dresses I ordered on 10th February and I have still not received my refund despite chasing and speaking to Customer Services - I have confirmation that they have received the parcel at the carriers - quick to take the money and extremely slow to make sure a refund is sorted!!

Fraudulent returns policy
Fraudulent returns policy, customer service hotline goes dead after a pre recorded message.
I returned an unworn garment, and have been informed that I won't receive a refund because the garment had the tag in it, a tag which had been added to the garment by the company. The customer service line goes dead, leaving me with no avenue to pursue the refund. It is, quite plainly, fraud.
