Disappointed
I order dress and got an acknowledgement then received a letter informing me the website was not updated and the dress was no longer in stock. I was offered to purchase another dress at the same price but unfortunately couldn't find one. Not a good start for a new customer

I love ❤️ all Ghost outfits. Wonderful quality material, brilliant colours, great design. Just the sizing is a bit off for me, I have the trousers with elastic waist in small (otherwise they are to wide at the bum) and the skirts in medium or large. But no problem for me since I know my sizes, and luckily they are very consistent.

Order did not arrive
Did not receive the skirt I ordered so cannot review the item. It was delivered - but not to me or my neighbours! Not sure where Royal Mail delivered my order and Ghost are apparently investigating what has happened! Will wait with interest to find out what happened. I have asked for a refund or a replacement to be sent.

Late arrival, ill-fitted Clothes
Firstly, I've never had to wait over a week for a parcel that's coming from the UK. The clothes when they did come were huge and ill-fitted. Then Ghost want £4.95 handling fee, which on this occasion Ghost have agreed to refund, but not the mid luxury market shopping experience I was hoping for.

Don’t order ridiculously priced for delivery and returns ended up to paying £10 just to try on a dress, I’m size 10/12 and ordered a small as read from reviews the sizing was off the dress was so big on me

Totally disappointed item was not as described colour completely different to photo’s and I have been charged to return.

Problem with 2 recent orders
Have placed 2 orders recently when the additional 20%off was advertised.
Both times they took my money and I had order confirmations.
I was contacted 2 days later to say that due to a technical issue on their website, the item was no longer available.
Both occasions I was offered an exchange or refund, I opted for the refund.
Don't mislead customers by advertising stock that you clearly don't have.
It's a shame as I'm a ghost fan but won't be ordering from their website again as it ends in disappointment
