Online purchases turned out not to be available
Ordered several dresses from the online portal intending to try them on and see which worked best. Was informed that in spite of being able to purchase the dresses on line, three our of the four were in fact not available. The fourth dress arrived and it is luckily glorious and I'm very happy with it - they refunded the balance. But rather an irritating feeling left around using the portal.

The packaging could be a bit more secure, I could easily take out the garment without disturbing the tape or box

I love the ghost tops that I have
I love the ghost tops that I have. They add a lovely luxury to any outfit and I wear them casually all the time. I do have to get them altered to suit my figure as the tops are quite long. I am very happy with my products

Easy to use web site. Had to correct the address after the order was sent due to a stupid mistake. Emailed Ghost and this was dealt with quickly. Kept up to date on on when order would arrive through tracking and the dress fitted well and is well made

Wish I’d read these reviews before making a purchase. Awful dress. Had to pay for postage to send it to me and then £4.95 for a handling fee to return. Absolutely disgusting. And please don’t point to the T&Cs, I’m not interested. No other companies do this. I’m nearly £10 out of pocket for nothing! Will never buy from Ghost again.
