Still waiting for my order to be delivered by Royal mail, using tracker app was informed Friday then Saturday still nothing yet...not Ghost fault directly but they shoukd be complaining to their deli... Toon meer

I have ordered a dress twice in the last few days, the same dress, and was told a few days later there had been a technical issue and was therefore not available.
I can understand this happening once but not twice!

Awful. As usual, with so many businesses at the moment, they expect their revenues to rise when the customer service is appalling. As usual, it centres on the "company policy" over hopeless delivery.
I ordered my expensive dress and somehow it has got lost in Royal Mail's typically inefficient process. I emailed to ask Ghost to do something to expedite the order but was told they were investigating and I would have to wait 5 days for an answer. Is this acceptable? I don't think so and I am really fed up with companies like Ghost grabbing money and then slacking when it comes to ensuring the delivery is efficient. I called customer service to complain and got the usual "we understand" which is so aggravating as of course, Ghost has 130 plus quid and I have no dress and there is no question of seeing that dress in time for the occasion it was bought for. I asked them to refund me and I would return the dress if/ when it showed up. No, of course not. Because then I would be happy and Ghost would have to cope with the irritation of having a deficit on their side. But also, the customer service always sound so irritable and unhelpful. There is no wavering and also, although they completely fail to respond to the idea that their policy sucks for customers and needs reviewing, they simply repeat and repeat their answer. Absolutely exasperating. Even the "manager" had nothing to add and complained about me talking over her when this is in fact exactly what she did repeatedly to me. Of course what Customer Service wants customers to do is put up with bad service and shut up and accept their hopeless excuses. Does anyone recall what a fantastic brand Ghost used to be? No longer. Now, of course, I wait to get my money back and they head off for the weekend. I wonder how customer service would feel if they were £130 + down this weekend.

This is the most beautiful dress I have ever owned - thank you for making it! I feel so fortunate to have got the last size 8 in stock. It arrived swiftly, as promised, carefully folded, wrapped in tissue paper and boxed - the presentation felt special.

Ordered a few items previously and all went smoothly, since ordered a dress and blouse and was sent an empty box! Contacted customer service immediately and was told would be looked into. Over a week later have heard nothing expect when I've chased up, still awaiting satisfactory response and furthermore being charged for goods I haven't received. Extremely poor customer service, will not be a customer in future!

Well they charge you £4.95 delivery then £4.95 to return ,ordered my normal size 8 xs ,but this dress is definitely a 6xxs . I already have 8 ghost dresses size 8 so normally they are true to size 😡

I ordered Luna Satin Skirt and was very disappointed by its appearance when it arrived. There was some ghost tissue paper, in the package, it wasn’t wrapped around the skirt though, that was balled up in the corner very crumpled and creased. The tissue was all torn and had a huge greasy looking stain on it, I’ve steamed the skirt, but it still has deep creases that don’t want to come out!
Disappointing for a brand like Ghost.

First time buying from ghost, paid for the items got the confirmation only to be told that one of my dresses have been sold out but the system didn’t pick up on it. That was disappointing but I had one more dress coming for my sister’s wedding and the rep told me it will be dispatched as normal. apparently that one got lost by the post office and it was 3 days before the wedding. I Had to resort to a last minute dress and a total headache finding it.
