Still waiting for my order to be delivered by Royal mail, using tracker app was informed Friday then Saturday still nothing yet...not Ghost fault directly but they shoukd be complaining to their deli... Toon meer

I ordered a dress online for a wedding, however decided on another dress instead. Although Ghost offer free returns postage they charge a £4.99 handling fee for taking a return back, despite not offering an option to take online purchases back to store. This is poor and I think a fairer way is for customers to pay the actual shipping there and back instead. One thing to note is that if you buy Ghost through John Lewis for example you get completely free delivery and returns. I wouldn't buy from Ghost online again for this reason.

Took ages to respond. Attitude was poor. Generally unhelpful.

Ordered a dress via the Ghost website for a wedding. 2 days later I received an email saying it was out of stock and did I want to use the money to buy something else for the same price! I replied saying I wanted a refund but heard nothing back. I sent a follow up a week later but I still haven’t had a response or any money back. I’m now £120 out of pocket, and had to spend an evening away from my young daughter frantically running around a shopping centre to find an alternative dress for the wedding. I’d expected better service from a high-end high street brand.
Have tried emailing the customer service team multiple times (as suggested below) and still no reply. The phone goes to answerphone then cuts you off. I think my money has been stolen by this company.

Really pretty dress in a soft fluid fabric. Dress up or down. Great for the Office or dress up for dinner. Easy care and limited creases. Very good quality.

Only one of my dresses arrived. I have emailed several times, spoken to very unhelpful staff who assured me I would hear once they had investigated. They are unable to have another dress sent nor issue a refund. The first item arrived 2 weeks ago…..customer service very poor.

The dresses I’ve bought were beautiful but I do find customer services not helpful at all. I’ve bought a dress from Ghost for a wedding but found another one a while later which was better suited for a hot destination. It was the same colour and material just the cut was different. I even bought a third beautiful dress. I know that when I wanted to return the first dress which I’ve never worn and still has all the original tags/labels on now i was told that I could only do it within 28 days. The original dress was of course still on sale with the original price but I was told that’s the policy so now I have this dress and every time I see it I get upset and I don’t even want to to wear it. I just expected some understanding from a company which isn’t the cheapest but they probably won’t see me ever again buying from them although I do like their cloths and I definitely will not recommend it to anybody else. And do far everyone I did tell about this is the same opinion. But if rules are rules is more important so be it. VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

The dress is lovely but the material does cling to any bumps or curves you might have. Tummy for instance or back bumps.
I had to pay to return it so in future I would order Ghost dresses through Marks as I can pop it back in any store free of charge.
