I ordered a green dress and checked duffle coat and a mustard cardigan. I am blown away by the quality! So well made, well fitted and beautiful materials to high quality. It's definitely well worth the money. You won't be disappointed. Order a size up for dresses as they are smaller.
It arrived fast and ordering was smooth. Definitely going to order more times.

Flimsy clothing & flimsier customer service
Bought a beautiful pair of black trousers, worn twice for a couple of hours each time, washed according to instructions (with nothing else as it was the first wash) and the trousers ended up with holes and tears where the metal fastener damaged the fabric. Apparently that's "normal wear & tear" and all I am entitled to is a 10% off code as if, having wasted £95, I'm going to buy more shoddily made items. Very disappointing for what I though was a reliable brand.

They could've saved my time asking first whether I need something which is unmatched at all instead of dispatching. Not experience and service I was expecting for.

Disappointed
I purchased a Ghost midi dress from Very which arrived quickly. I liked the dress immediately & put away for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately when it came to the wedding day I then noticed several issues with the dress which I would not expect having paid £100+. The V neck would not lay flat on one side, which I tried but could not remedy. The neck band at the back bulged out terribly, which I managed to stitch & make do but never felt confident about. The gathering around the bust area was also very haphazard. I would normally have returned but really had no choice but to make do. Would be very wary of purchasing in the future.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service, emails get ignored or you just receive an automated reply. We ordered well within the time frame for a Christmas delivery, they claim our order was dispatched but have ignored repeated requests for tracking to verify.
Lodging a PayPal dispute today for a refund.
