fast shipping to Switzerland and great glasses!

Love my shades so,I ordered a pair for my sister. Nice weight,and very fashionable

My sunglasses arrived very quickly but were stolen off my front porch. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement for free :)

Glasses were not sized as I thought they were from the provided photo. The lenses were much smaller than shown.

I loved the treats with my glasses. Lovely quality.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses and it was lost on transit. According to tracking, my product was out for delivery and on its way to my house. Product never arrived and tracking information was never updated.

I waited a day or two... thinking maybe it would be delivered. After not receiving the product, I knew right away something was wrong so I emailed giant vintage directly and requested a refund. Item did not arrive in a timely manner so I had no need for the product anymore so I immediately requested a refund.

Associate who responded was very short and basically told me to wait for the product to arrive and to contact my local post office. So apparently it's the customers responsibility to investigate the issue and contact postal services ... even though they already pocketed my money. I was on and off the phone with postal service ... finally got through with someone who couldn't help. She just collected my information and sent out an investigation for the item that took another week.

Nobody contacted me. So basically it was 2 1/2 weeks of being out of pocket without having the product... and still having to do all the dirty work to locate it. Finally emailed giant vintage again... and their response was very short saying they processed the refund. They didn't even sound sorry or really cared.

Later was emailed by postal service saying they were unsuccessful locating item. Maybe I'm just spoiled by purchasing from Amazon. Where if anything goes wrong... they bend forwards and backworks to make it right with apologetic responses that make you feel like they care.

Great site, awesome variety and really nice prices! Purchasing was easy and delivery was fine, my order got here when it said and there was no damage. Great company I will definitely be shopping from there more!!!

I've ordered two sunglasses from this company now and both have been of outstanding condition - extremely well made and absolutely adorable. As if the product wasn't enough they package it in such a cute way! It came in a little shipping box stuffed with crinkled paper and tootsie rolls sprinkled throughout, which only made me love the company more - taking the time to present their product in such a thoughtful way. I'm so happy I found them and I know I have many more future purchases to make with them. So happy I found you guys through instagram!

I wore them 1 time and the side arm just fell off I don't know if it even the little screw was in there I liked the way they looked for 5 minutes then they broke

I'm really love all stuff on Giant Vintage, but i live in russia, and on site we can see "worldwide shipping", but it's not. I totally understand the reason, i guess it's hard to create a good shipping between us and russia. But this didn't stop me, and i made a order with help by my sister, which in France, and now I'm waiting for my purchase. Can't say more for this moment, cuz glasses still not with me. But I'm excited and have big expectations. Thank u anyway

The products are great quality. I would have preferred more photos online if models wearing the product at different angles. I also would have preferred a better estimated time for delivery being international. Thankyou
