Did not deliver on date we had requested even though we paid extra for it!

I ordered a gift basket full of chocolates from GiftTree to be sent to Florida that arrived melted. GiftTree was notified and placed a temporary hold on future purchases of that item until the shipping issue could be fixed. They also sent a generous replacement for the melted gift and totally redeemed themselves. Excellent care and customer service from GiftTree!

Expensive shipping, confusing charges and additional fees on receipts

I bought this as a Father's Day gift. The packaging was gorgeous! However, it was allot smaller than expected and the shipping was very late, but that's not the merchant's fault that was UPS's fault. The contents that were chocolate were melted into a solid chocolate piece... thank goodness everything was individually packaged or it would've been a disaster! I'm so glad I had a discount for this, otherwise, it certainly wouldn't have been worth it at all. I could put something together like this from the dollar tree for maybe $15. However, my husband loved the customized note attached to it.

From beginning to end, my experience with both the people and the products is that they are delightful. I have sent gift baskets to friends and gifts like the boozey mini cakes for my husband on Father’s Day. I am never disappointed!

I sent your gift to a female friend that recently went in for breast cancer. The only thing I suggest is that you have the option to add a bottle or two extra of the wine. However the ladies loved all the little/big snacks and treats in the basket. I guess next time I'll get one for each breast.. kidding but she really thought the gift was amazing.

The gift tower was very nice and the contents in it. It was not as big as I pictured and I ordered over the phone and they got the address wrong which almost caused it to not be delivered. Not sure if I would order again based on what I expected verses what I got.

Great delivery, good gifts

All went fine apart from the fact that delivery was 1 day late when i paid extra for it to be delivered in June 9. The gift was delivered in June 10 and was well received

Ordered from Gift Tree because they allow me to choose a delivery date. Amazon doesn't. Amazon ships as fast as possible. I wanted to plan ahead for a surprise.

Gift Tree did not honor the delivery date and shipped right away. When I noticed that and called they said they would try to have FedEx hold the delivery until the date promised. I asked for the order to be canceled instead. They refused. They said they would let me know of the outcome of their efforts with FedEx..... they didn't.

If the delivery date is important to you then don't trust them. They do not take that commitment seriously.

The packages are lovely. We send these out as a thank you and welcome gift for joining us or adding services with us and they are pleasantly surprised to receive them. I would like it if you guys could put the scissors back with it - that was a great touch, but, overall, they are great so we will continue to buy.

No matter what day they tell you it will deliver, it won’t. And they will blame covid and tell you sorry about your luck when it doesn’t deliver when THEY tell you it would. Find a different company to go through please
