The customer service was terrific. Great communications! There was a concern with the delivery but all worked well. And I appreciate the help and concern from Gift Tree personnel too! I received word today that the Basket has arrived and they LOVED it! So thank you! I will definitely be buying from GiftTree again!

I have been a Gift tree customer for many years. This is the 3rd or the 4th time I have had an issue with them. My package was again delayed and this time again by 5 days. It was for my friend's 50th birthday, I had a sat delivery scheduled and paid extra for the weekend delivery instead of the free delivery option. It did not reach till the following Thursday. I had to call and email them couple of times. The worse part was that even if it was not their fault as they kept saying its the shipping company's delay, they did not bother to inform me of the delay till I called them and even after promising to keep me informed did not keep me posted. Refused to give me any compensation other than a 50% reimbursement on my shipping fee. I am very disappointed and will probably think twice before ordering from them or recommending them to my friends and family.

Basket did not arrive looking like the picture online. Basket was practically empty - a few pieces of fruit and some cookies at the bottom. Could have bought that myself for way less money! Very disappointed.

I thought the final package will look like the one shown in the picture when I first ordered. But it was still neatly packaged.

The chocolates-and-champagne basket made a great birthday gift. My recipients are always thrilled with presents from GiftTree!

I was very happy with your service.
I received a call from your office to confirm the address, just great and made sure delivery was correct.
If there was one minor item, the package cotained chocolate, and a cold pack. Since my friends were not home to receive the package, it was held for a day, to cold pack melted, as did the chocolate. They rechilled it and all was good.
I am not sure if the cold pack can be changed if delivery is delayed.
Very happy, and I will certainly use GiftTree again!

Recipient was pleased with contents and packaging was very nice.

I like the selection and quick turnaround. The engraving request needs improvement because it mixes up the 2nd and 3rd letters; so double check that in your order. Then the email route for assistance kept giving me an error message that it did not send. I gave up trying to submit an email, only to receive a response that my ask to adjust the engraving request was received and processed. I assume that it was because the recipient received the gift and was very appreciative.

When the gift masker was delivered the food content was hot, the cheeses melted and had to be thrown away. I followed up with an email to customer service which hasn’t been answered. I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered 7 gifts that had to be shipped to different addresses. It was easy. The orders were delivered timely and the recipients were thrilled. I couldn't be happier with my purchase

There was a line going through the bottle and the heart was smudged

This is the worst company to order anything from. I placed this order 3 weeks ago to be delivered on August 27 for my sister's birthday and now I find out you don't even know when it will be delivered. How can you trust a company that can't even ensure deliveries are made? I talked to you customer service and they offered no compensation for this fiasco except to say sorry.... You can believe that I will never be ordering from this company with this kind of non caring customer service. And I will be posting a review of your company as well to warn others of your uncaring company and non delivery as scheduled with an " Oh well' attitude. I'm very disappointed.

My clients loved their gifts. It was unexpected which added to their appreciation.

The gift basket was delivered earlier than advised. The person who received it was so happy how nice the basket was and quality. I will continue to order from GiftTree
