The basket and presentation were great. The boxes and packaging of the contents inside were very nice, but the contents in each one seemed skimpy. Ordering was easy and delivery was on time.

Gift Tree uses UPS 2nd day air to deliver, not a local retailer. I was sending to a Major Hospital, I put the room number and specified it was a room number. They listed it as a suite with UPS and UPS would not deliver it. It was delivered a week after it was suppose to be delivered, after I contacted the company and UPS 3 time. The item had perishables inside and the patient changed rooms during the delay which created even more issues.

I love the gift baskets from here and my clients always love them too. I love that I can add my company name to the ribbon.

The recipient of this gift from me informed me that it was the BEST gift she had ever received for her birthday and this was her 80th. birthday.

This is the best tasting cake I have ever ordered online! I have ordered cakes online before but always disappointed in the quality, taste, and freshness. I think what really makes this GiftTree cake stand out is how moist it was even after a few days in the fridge--we had leftovers because it's a rich cake and you only need a little piece. The frosting is not only beautiful but just the right sweetness, not overly sugary. It is an absolutely stunning and beautiful cake! It tastes as good, if not better, than it looks! I will be buying my online cakes only from GiftTree from now on.

This was my first time ordering with you, as your baskets and contents were amazing and better than most on line. It was sent to my daughter to celebrate a long time promotion that she worked for years on, and although the basket was perfect, the message card that I had provided to you was never put in the basket, so the very wonderful message that should have been attached along with who it was from was not given to her. Defeated the entire purpose of the gift and the joy I felt for my daughter when I had to call her to see if she got it.

Your online shopping tool is user friendly and makes it easier to purchase. I am satisfied with the delivery and the delivery notifications.

Extremely pleased with both the quality and the customer service.

I placed my order on the morning of Friday the 6th. It was supposed to be delivered on the same day but it wasn’t. It then said it was delivered the following day on the 7th but the recipient never received it. I had to wait until Monday to speak with a representative and when I explained what happened she never said sorry or I apologize for the inconvenience just offered me a refund. I explained I still wanted the delivery she said ok I’ll call you back. Never did but the recipient let me know that she finally did receive it that evening. I’ve used Gift Tree before and never had an issue but this will be my last time using this service.

Company who received the basket said it was beautifully presented. All crackers, nuts etc. were very fresh and tasty. One star off for delivery on Wednesday when I requested Thursday. Early is usually good but I wanted it to arrive on a day when certain people were there.
