I recently bought a mobile home through Gilbert & Rose and I cannot praise the staff enough. I would like to thank Jacob who showed us around a couple of mobile homes and the help he gave us and I would also like to thank Emma Shirley who dealt with the financial side of things and was fantastic with any queries I had and was always just a phone call away for anything I wasn’t sure of and nothing was ever too much for her, she is a very kind and considerate lady and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me to make the process as smooth as possible. So thank you Gilbert & Rose for all you did for me, I really appreciate it and thank you for my gift box when I collected the keys ❤️

Brennan at Gilbert & Rose has been extremely professional from start to finish. Brennan was always on time for viewings and made us feel comfortable. He was able to answer our questions (I had many) and remained polite and professional at all times.

Brennan kept us up to date of houses coming to market he thought we would be interested in and he never showed us anything over budget.

I would recommend Brennan to friends and family and would not hesitate to use Brennan in the future.

G&R were excellent from start to finish. We have had previous experience with other agents who lacked staff & communication.
We had constant contact every week to see where we were with the process and comfort & re assurance throughout.

From start to finish of the sale of our property, Karen summers was amazing. Always easy to contact and was always on top of any progressions with our sale. This is the third time we have used Gilbert and rose and the service has always been great. From the valuation given by Sam to the viewings taken by Jacob everything went smoothly and efficient. Chiana was exceptional from the viewings right until completion. Nothing was too much trouble and she was readily available to contact. We had a difficult leasehold property to sell and her knowledge of the area and building ensured there was a steady flow of viewings from the outset. Both times we sold STC within around two weeks.

Her dedication to property and the are is clear and she was so so lovely to work with. The next time we need property services, we will find out where Chiana is working!

The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is we had a mixed experience with Michelle at sales progression.

Brennan and Karen are a credit to the company, complicated transaction but in the end all good mainly thanks to Brennan and Karens help.

I can best describe our experience of selling our home with Gilbert &Rose as ‘exceptional’. The consistency of service from our initial contact, sales advice and marketing was ‘stand out’ and the calibre and professionalism of the staff involved so reassuring.
However , despite this consistent high standard from the whole team, I have to mention Lewis Harvey who managed the sale of our house and was ‘amazing’. It was a great pleasure to work with Lewis who was so supportive throughout and always there when we needed him. Lewis made the trauma of moving so much more palatable through his kindness and easy going nature and his willingness to maintain great communication with us, whatever time of day. My apologies Lewis for the amount of times I forgot it was your day off - and you still answered me.
I wish all the team, and especially Lewis a very Happy New Year and hope that G&R continues onwards and upwards.

Very efficient through the whole process and I cannot fault the service. The initial meeting, the launch of the property, the viewings management, offer process and the sales progression through to completion were all handled brilliantly. The team were always attentive, accessible - calling you back when they were otherwise engaged - and offered good, sound advice and guidance. In particular I would like to thank Karen Summers, who worked very hard, sometimes outside normal working hours, to get the sale completed and Christian Lister who helped to negotiate the final sale price.
