We communicated with yourself and explained that FREE Delivery is only subject to specific products. All this is explained on our Delivery page, really disappointing to receive a 1 star review for something we haven't done wrong.

Out of date
Unfortunately the cans of vodka and coke were out of date by 5 months. I have 2 cans a week and it was only after about 3 weeks I felt they were flat and checked the base of the can . Out of days December 2025.

Hello, thanks for you Review, all our dated products are advertised as past their Best Before, they are part of a DATED CATEGORY and have been Tried & Tested. It would be nice if you would have contacted us directly to give us a chance to look into this instead of going in with a 1 Star review.
Well packaged and prompt delivery.
Ginsperation delivered both my orders promptly and well packaged. The last one 18th December and I still received the order before Christmas. I love this company and will continue to use them.

Makes gin fun and affordable
Easy website to navigate and it gives sufficient information about each product to make a choice between competing products. Delivery is swift and comes when expected.
The range of gins is excellent (but they also sell other beverages) and the prices are competitive - cheaper than supermarkets in my area. However, the joy of Ginspiration is finding the wacky bottles with equally out-there contents. My heart shaped Irn Brew gin liquor was a godsend on Valentine's day.
I will continue buying from this site rather than supermarkets as it offers more for less.

False marketing
Really disappointing. The website states clearly "UK national delivery". I spent considerable time adding items to my basket only to then go to checkout and be told that they don't deliver to my postcode in the UK. Please don't false market.

Hello, thank you for your Review, our Delivery Page does state that we only offer Mainland Delivery, if there was an area of the site that said otherwise, we do apologies and have since rectified this. A 2 Star review for not offering a service is a little harsh.
