ordered they said it wasn’t in stock still waiting on refund, told me it’s gone through their end I have gone to my bank and they have not refunded me if this is not resolved I will be taking this further

Ordered item on Sunday. Update via email stating order complete yet still no sign of order and DPD also state they have not received the parcel yet. Now 2 days down and nothing.

Ginspiration.uk delivers quickly, but my experience was mixed. My order arrived with an incorrect item, and communication was prompt but lacked resolution on postage. The refund process was hassle-heavy, taking much of my time. While there are occasional good deals, pricing seems inconsistent, making alternatives like Master of Malt or Amazon more appealing.

Purchased prime hydration drinks pack of 12, they sent me the item….dated july 2024, it’s December., joke of a company, avoid this tinpot vendor.

Changed their website to postage with orders over £83! Won't be using anymore.
I hope the rest of your customer base comes here and doss the same.

This is the first time I have used this supplier & was imprest with the web site & ease of ordering. I ordered two bottals of rum which arrived on time & well packed.
Order confermation & invoice Email were receved as soon as order was placed. Delivery info. also provided by currier DPD. I will be using this supplier again.

Ordered raspberry rum from website and received wrong flavour, reported to website and received 1 email saying sorry and they would look into it, waited a week with no follow up, I emailed again and no reply, emailed for 3rd time and still no response,
Absolute joke of a company, do not trust them, if they make a error they will ignore you, spent £50 on a 1.75l bottle I am stuck with that I didn't even won't.

I've had 4 orders from them now, with two more on the way. All have been brilliant and come the next day if ordered early enough, or within 48 hours if not.

Packed perfectly, had no breakage or spillage issues at all. Absolute bargain prices, cheapest I've seen online ever for certain spirits and IPA.

I had one small problem with the wrong beer being sent, but within 20 minutes of contacting them through email I got a call to rectify it completely.

I couldn't recommend this company higher. My friend has been buying from them for years and it was him that sent me the link when I told him I'd bought some spirits on Amazon. Could have got them for at least 20% cheaper on Ginspiration.

If anyone from the company is reading this, please make the mystery boxes national delivery. I absolutely love a mystery box and I'm gutted I can't buy a few of them, or even a £50 box - it's always nice to get surprise items you'd likely never pick yourself, it often ends up with finding a gem you'd not have sampled otherwise - plus it all adds to a home bar and more choice for visiting friends.

I ordered a 12 year old Appletons premium rum with a presentation box as a birthday gift for my husband and rearranged my working week to be able to accept delivery of the parcel.
It was so disappointing to receive the parcel and find just a standard bottle of Appletons rum that I could of bought cheaper in my local Tescos.
Ginspiration responded quickly to my email detailing my disappointment with the incorrect order and arranged for a courier to pick up the unwanted item for a refund.
I was very annoyed at giving up two days of my time, one day to wait in for delivery and one day to wait in for the item to be picked up so I could obtain my refund.
In short, I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone else.

Flawless transaction. Quality product. Good price. Good communication. Ordered very late Wednesday goods arrived 10.00 am Friday. Contents as described, extremely well packaged. I will be ordering again soon.

I've rated 4 as delivery is generally fast, but they aren't great at responding when something is wrong. and I've noticed prices creeping up weekly, there used to be some cracking deals, now the cracking deals are on rubbish and many times it's cheaper to buy via Master of Malt with free delivery or via Amazon, I know prices have increased but seriously you need to look, you've become Poundland with Alcohol.

Ordered 2 x XL gin online, arrived on time as promised, great communication, very well packaged, superb price, will use again without a doubt.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery (on local service) minor issue resolved efficiently and professionally will use again.

Ordered two bottles of the same gin but only one arrived. When I contact them to inquire about the missing bottle they informed me that they only had the one bottle in stock so they will be crediting me for the other. I sent a response asking if they would also be refunding half the postage too but no response. So it's poor that their system allows you to order something they don't have in stock, even poorer that they don't communicate this to you when they find out, leaving you wondering why you only received half your order, and even poorer still that you are still charged full postage even though you only had half your order. Won't be using them again.
