Made one phone call to Glass America and they answered the phone! So wonderful to talk to a human. Technician came to our home and determined our windsheild had to be replaced. They did a great job and was covered by State Farm. Love Glass America!

What lovely people
They were super quick, awesome, patient and so friendly! I paid with card and it took a little bit for my end to load but while it was Mike engaged in conversation with my 2½yr old and was so sweet to him. 1000000/10. BEEN recommending to friends ( none need glass replacements rn but when they do they now know who to go to!) Thank yall again and have an super duper blessed life. See ya again when I need replacement!

The staff was polite and helpful and patient with me having to reschedule my appointment but on the scheduled date they didn't seem to pay attention to the time that I was available for the replacement. Fortunately for me my work schedule changed and I was available when the tech said he would be there. The tech was on time, completed the job when he said he would, and was polite and professional. I would use them again but hopefully I don't have to.

Fantastic service
They were able to schedule me in 2 days and came to my home to replace the windshield. The tech was able to able to answer all my questions and was professional aged performing his work. Took about an hour. Great experience overall.

The technician kept me informed about…
The technician kept me informed about his arrival time, arrived on time and completed the repair quickly. He was also very nice. This was done where i work and i could not be present for the appt and he dealt with the front desk very courteously and efficiently.
