It was so easy between my insurance company and your company that I really didn’t have to do anything in your tech that came out. He knew exactly what he was doing. He didn’t need to. He didn’t ask me any questions. I had everything ready for him to go as far as doing the job and he did the job and quicker than I thought it would take so the great experience. You have a great company and thank you for your great work.

They came to me. I was traveling and my window was broken in a vandalism or robbery attempt and I needed my window fixed the same day so I could continue my travels. They had someone call off and still made sure I was serviced.

My experience with Glass America was great! Setting up the appointment was easy and they came to me to replace my windshield, which was very convenient for me! Omar, the glass technician, was very professional and friendly. He had my windshield replaced in less than an hour. The price was great too! I would totally recommend Glass America to anyone that needs glass repair or replacement!

The whole process was great! The only thing i would change is the communication between the tech and the call center or whoever sends out the texts letting customer know what time tech will be at location. If the company is going to send the texts then they should make techs schedule for them and tell them that's the order they have to do it. The tech was confused when I text and said I was a going to arrive 10 mins late but he was unaware that I received a text that he would arrive between noon and 2. He came in that time frame and did a fantastic job and quickly. Also, I wish they serviced the West Salem area. Besides those very small issues everything else was wonderful! Would recommend them to anyone looking for glass replacement in the Cleveland area!
