They came to my house and repaired my windshield in about 20 minutes. Hugo was very nice. I’d use this service again.

The technician, Saul was very nice and efficient and explained everything when I asked. The new windshield looks great. We haven't driven the car yet to make sure everything is calibrated correctly, but I'm sure it is based on Saul's professionalism.

My first appointment was at my house and the technician said he couldn't calibrate my windshield because his computer didn't work...and he told me he was sorry he brought the incorrect windshield. He told me I could go to Elmhurst and they would fix it in about 11/2 hours. I had a 8:00 am appointment at 9:05 I received a text that my technician arrived and at 10:45 work was completed. I had a appointment work should have started at 8:00. On the way home I noticed the wrong windshield was installed. I specifically asked that I had the identical windshield replaced. I specifically said I didn't want a heated windshield because I don't like looking at screen in the glass. I got a heated windshield and I don't like it Gerber Glass failed. I will not use them again

I had an excellent experience with Glass America and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had two separate appointments at my home, and both technicians, Luke and Donald, were absolutely wonderful.

They were professional, courteous, efficient, and took great care while working on the rear glass of my Honda Pilot. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and having the service completed right at my home made the entire process incredibly convenient.

Firstly, I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appt that following Monday, where as another national company have been giving me the run around for 2 months. My technician, Mike was punctual, communicated well, friendly and did the job quickly without skimping on the work quality.

Due to an unfortunate circumstance, We were very fortunate to get our window replaced by Glass America. They were able to get us scheduled in very quickly and it was a great experience working with Jackie and Katrina! The staff was very helpful and informative.
