Gledhill’s engineer comes once a year to service the hot water heater. Friendly and reliable service. The annual maintenance follow up gives me peace of mind. Can recommend this company.

Great experience with the engineer Jamie today who came to look at my water heater which was broken. He fixed it quickly and gave me lots of info about how the system worked etc when I asked. I am comforted to know that I am covered for the year now if anything else goes wrong after having previously been messed around by another company. It was great just to be able to take a bath! Thanks.

We had Will out to repair our cylinder. He was polite, professional and tidy, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and took time to explain the issue and taught me a bit about the system. 10/10 service, would recommend.

The engineer attended site, (a large McCarthy Stone development on the Norfolk coast) this morning to service our GLEDHILL PULSACOIL hot water system. He was very polite & friendly throughout & he made sure that all was clean & tidy when he left. I am happy to give a 5*+ review!

The engineer arrived promptly.
The boiler is in a cupboard and not easily accessed but he was very accommodating without me having to empty the cupboard.
Very efficient and the service was

Engineer called to confirm he was in his way and arrived during the allocated time slot. Very polite and helpful he carried out the repair and left no mess.

Couldn’t get any hot water and called Gledhill. The guy on the phone was so helpful and managed to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. The engineer actually arrived later on the same day I called Gledhill. He finished another job early so came to me. Fixed the problem really quickly. Gledhill couldn’t have been more helpful. Fantastic customer service.
