Global Investments Inc.  Reviews

We just purchased a multi family home from this company in St Louis and i must say i am impressed by the way they handled my new purchase, i over paid them on the closing and they caught it and reimbursed me the overpayment did not have to do that but this shows the integrity in the business wanting to serve people and giving them a professional service. We were very satisfied working with Scott and Mike and have referred several friends to them with very good results, as well. If you are looking for a dependable, informative and honest real estate company selling in the USA we highly recommend Global !

I've participated in multiple real estate investment opportunities with them and they've excelled everytime. High degree of communication. Timely delivery of collateral documents at inception. Seamless funding of investment returns at closing. All with a professional, mindful and super-friendly attitude. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone fortunate enough to be invited to invest with them.

Our experience was pleasantly surprising in a time of complete chaos. In our experience these are the times for a buyers market. My business partner and I have purchased many investment properties in the U.S. over the last decade. Mike and John seemed to be available night or day, quick with responses and always upbeat. His personality and temperament is well suited to the profession. I would recommend Global to any of our friends looking for a realtor. They also have a great referral list for builder contractors and trades for painting, remodels, windows, etc. Global were happy to help us with another property purchased many years ago through another seller. Very Professional.

We are beyond grateful that friends of ours recommended Global Investments when we were looking for a realtor to assist us with the purchase of an investment buy to let property in Detroit. I thought purchasing a home from 1000 miles away would be a challenge, but with Mike's knowledge of the area and experience, he was able to narrow down our search and ultimately represented us throughout the entire purchase cycle. Mike and his team are the true definition of real estate professionals. Thanks.

Purely professional from start to finish. I received an immediate response from our enquiry via Rightmove on a property in Cleveland that seemed ideal. Unfortunately the property sold faster than we expected but the team at Global kept me updated on new properties coming in that suited our needs. It was refreshing that we were not sent options that did not exceed our budget which make us feel they genuinely were looking for the right option and not just the next property that came along. We completed 6 months ago now as I wanted to see how things panned out before posting a review. Very happy with the purchase, Michael kept us updated on a few repairs that were agreed by the seller in our contract after closing and also sent us pictures of the work and kept us updated. We have a good tenant from Section 8 now in place and the rent is paid to us from the city every month on time. Very pleased.

Mike took the time to get to know my wife and I while we were searching for an investment property in Detroit. He listened carefully to our preferences, likes and dislikes. We appreciated Mike’s laid back style. Mike gave my wife and I ample time to privately explore and talk without pressure, he genuinely wanted to get us into a property that would meet our needs. When we were ready to proceed the process was quick and very simple, everything was signed online and was simple and explanatory. We already own a property in Florida but the prices there are now too high and the returns not very favourable. We have done a lot of research on Detroit and although every investment has its element of risk we felt the prices will still increase so we are very happy that Mike found us the right property actually under our budget. We unequivocally recommend Global Investments to buyers looking for properties in Detroit.

We would like to thank Scott for all of the work he did in finding our property in Cleveland. Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful. Scott was easy to get on with and was straight and to the point, clearly having our best interests at heart before we decided on which property to go with. Scott is a great person you have representing your company! If we knew of someone that is looking for a good agent and company providing properties in the U.S., we would definitely suggest this company

Fantastic, efficient personnel service, all the staff are really lovely and friendly, they kept me in the loop and updated from beginning to end and are still in touch after which is reassuring. Our property was refurbished and needed tenants placed. Would also like to thank Shemika from Keymeek Property Services for the friendly service she provided in the management process and placing good vetted tenants in a timely manner. We have received our first three months rent and are extremely happy. Will recommend.

Excellent service from Mike, John and the team, plenty of personal touches throughout the process and quick to respond to any queries in great detail. Went above and beyond on various occasions. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will certainly be using them again if we decide to sell another property we have in Europe that has not generated much value or return.

I couldn't fault Global Investments in any way especially, as I was venturing in the US market for the first time. They literally held my hand throughout the process and made time to answer all my queries each and every time, I called or emailed. Both John and Scott helped to allay any fears. For me, it was a smooth operation from my desk afar, didn't need to see the property. Great job to Global Investments.

I started my journey with Global Investments Incorporated just over a year ago with the purchase of a house in St. Louis. I was obviously quite anxious, but also quite excited with the purchase. I was guided though the whole process step by step. I have been very impressed at how helpful and informative the Global Investments Incorporated Team have been - even when I was bombarding them with hundreds of questions! The property is now being rented and as I have more confidence and I know how helpful everyone is, I've just agreed on a second purchase! I have no hesitation in recommending Global Investments Incorporated - thanks to Scott, John, Mike and Mike for all your help, guidance and patience - definitely deserve 5 stars!

I bought a house through Global Investments this year. They are very proffesionals and bring a huge support for international investors. In my case, I was closing a house and they checked that it was not the best scenario so Global team reccomend me to find a better option and I did. I bought another house and I am pleasure with their support. If not, probably I was still waiting to close the first house. Global team are from the beginnig to the end of the process making it easy for international investors. I am sure that I will continue working with them for my real estate investments.

I have been on Global investments news feed for a while now, and when I received a newsfeed that had a property I fancied a stab at Global investments were very helpful.

I am completely new to the realm of property investing and letting and Global made it a very simple process.

The staff have been very diligent and honest. They really do value there clients and want to do their best by them.

the first property I wanted to buy looked great to the eye. Global ordered the inspection for me, and when it came back sent it to me very quickly along with their opinion of the property. I was advised that the property had issues and was advised not to proceed and to hold out for another property.

Global didn't want me wasting my money and worked very hard to find the perfect property within my price range.

The staff at Global Investments have been great from day one and have no pressure attitude and the aftercare service have help no end with my questions and have been able to set every thing up for me seamlessly

I would highly recommend Global Investments to anyone wanting to get into property

I´m glad to invest with the GlobalInvesment Incorporated team. Since the beginning it was an easy process and nice people to work with. They are very responsive, customer concerned, and reachable guys!, from their CEO until the operations people. I definitely recommend them and I hope to invest again with this company.

I want to especially thank John who was very patient with me in arranging all of the paperwork, Keep it up !

I am writing to thank your Company for excellent service. We have been searching for the right investment property in the USA for the last year without result until we spoke with your employee Ms Rhiannon. I am very grateful for her active and inspired contribution in finding us a property from your selection and helping us set up our own LLC and US bank account. I truly appreciate your Company policy and the interest she has shown in helping us. Thank you once again and I wish your Company every success in your work.

I want to thank Global Investments for the house they suggested for us to buy in Cleveland. We actually visited the property this year. We did not enter the house as we did not want to bother the tenants but we were blown away by this beautiful city. We were fully aware that the property was for the affordable end of the market so had prepared expectations but were very surprised by the area and the City in general. The team at Global are true professionals in their field. I have not met such kind people for a long time. Special thanks to the owner of the company, Mike ,for helping us when visiting Cleveland. May you have great success and prosperity in the future.

BOOM!! Thanks Scott. Just got my first months rent through. Took a little while but we got there in the end. REally happy guys thanks for everything. Wish I had found you guys earlier. Ill be back in a few months for number 2

Despite going through certain difficulties during the purchase process of the house in Cleveland, the company managed to satisfy all our requests and wishes. Everything was done on time, and in a professional manner. I want to especially thank Mike for his patience. He is a great professional, he works competently, and he knows how to approach the demands of each client. I agree with the previous answers, the employees of this company are very helpful and kind. Looking forward to new projects! 👍
