Global Investments Inc.  Reviews

As a landlord who has been in the buy to let business for years, I can emphatically state that not only are they a professional outfit but they know the business inside out.
John was brilliant by keeping me up to date albeit over 4 months.Cannot fault the service provided and would highly recommend Global. Thank you guys. Keep up the excellent work.

I have been working with bader for several months now n thanks to him i was able to purchase some properties at a reasonable price
He is always there for any problem or question i have.
Always helping
Always doing his best.
Hadn't it been for him, i wouldn't have worked with global at all.
Its a pleasure to have him

Just completed my second purchase in the States with Michael. Great duplex in Cleveland, needed a bit of work internally before tenants could move in and the maintenance team did a great job of decorating, some new units in the kitchen and a good lick of paint. Michael kept me updated and all works were completed in a few days, with pictures sent to me and tenants moved straight in. Really, really happy and yet again the Global team on the ground in Cleveland and in the UK have been nothing short of brilliant. I'd also like to say how professional and swift Richard has been in setting up my LLC in the states, Thanks Richard :)

Global have been extremely professional and helpful while we were looking for an investment student property. Ian has been absolutely amazing and helped and supported us throughout the process, as well as being very accommodating and understanding with our timeframe. Ian always replied to emails very quickly and was always available if we ever had any questions, and was always very friendly from the first time he showed us around a couple of options. Would definitely recommend.

We have dealt with Bader at Global and he was fabulous, was always to hand when needed kept me in the loop with everything very professional. We would highly recommend Global and will be recommending to friends.

The team were patient with me while embarking on my landlord journey. Great advice and support offered throughout. Thanks also to Lauriell & Gaby in St Louis for their kindness and help.

have experienced nothing but good service from them. My questions were dealt with on a very reasonable timescale and the property in Manchester is excellent. I have found them both reliable and helpful.

So friendly and helpful. Supportive all the way through even in difficult times which was partly our fault, say no more Mike. Communication was fabulous. Recommend.

Really helpful. Always kept us updated and well informed, appreciated the honesty when our first choice property fell through due to unpaid debts, very glad there lawyers are on the ball. House in Cleveland is up and running and rents coming in on time, good job to the management also ( Keymeek ) thanks :)

Bought an apartment in Manchester Waters development. Have to wait until 2024 for completion but the price was good and I already own property in the city. The development is good and did plenty of due diligence, cannot complain with the professional service from Global. I have bought many properties over the years but they know their business.

Very happy with our experience. We purchased a student investment in Poulson House, Stoke. Ian has been very friendly and patient with us ( sorry Ian, I told you we were hard work lol ). Being our first investment we have been looking at student accommodation and decided to go for something completed we could actually view rather than off plan. We have done lots of research in the area and very happy with our decision. Only 4 stars as the lawyers were slow with a few emails but overall I’m happy everything and would rather wait a little longer and be safe than rush in. Thanks guys

We had a great experince with Global investments and Bader.
We bought a house 2 years ago and enjoyed receiving rents for 2 years and sold the house few weeks ago with 20k profit
Thank you Bader and thank you Global

Michael from Global was a joy to work with! The knowledge of the Cleveland market and its environs along with a thorough real estate expertise was invaluable to us novices. He took time to introduce us to the market and then showed us lots of houses so we had great choices to work with. Michael also understood and worked with our time frame, responding quickly to all queries. Our experience was great from start to finish, thanks to all of the Global team. We highly recommend them!!

Wow, what an experience with these guys! I have looked at using global before for investing and looked at the raving reviews. I received a marketing email for Manchester Waters built by X1. I went to visit the development to see with my own eyes and what a location on the water front in media city. The developers were amazing as well and answered all my questions which backed up what Mike had told me.
Made the reservation and sorted the deposit.
All seemless so far when you use their recommended solicitors.
Mike, John and Ian have been exceptional with responding to my questions and concerns and always put my mind at rest with honest answers and never any pressure.
Can’t wait to complete and get my 4th investment in the Uk up and running. A huge thanks to all the team at Global and now waiting for them to send me the next golden opportunity.

Hi, my name is Reuven Goldschmidt and I am a client of Bader Bader. I want to express my wonderful experience with Mr' Bader, he is very cooperative and seems to be proffessional and helped me alot.
I want to thank Mr' Bader and hope for the next deals with him.

We had a very positive experience with Global - both in the sale of a property we have owned in Detroit for six years, and the search for & purchase of another property in Rochester, New York. John remained calm and confident through all of the bumps we encountered along the way, and in turn we stayed positive through the entire process - right down to his helping us set up an LLC just weeks before closing. I would definitely recommend Global to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in The USA

Global are outstanding agents to work with. Mike and his staff have an in-depth knowledge of the local markets which is crucial in buying overseas and not being able to travel. My husband and I purchased with Global and at the same time and he sold a house which we purchased from another company, due to a few issues with the tenant moving out it took five months to complete the sale. At no point in those five months did his dedication to selling the property waiver. He was just as attentive about selling the property as he was the house we purchased from Global. Without doubt, we would seek him out immediately for any upcoming real estate transaction in the future.

Never thought that it can be so easy to buy properties in US.

I would like to thanks to Global Investments and especially to Bader for his patience and professionalism, who can believe that I already an owner of 2 houses in Cleveland, both of the houses about $20K below the market value and TENANTED!!!

Bader, thanks again, don’t believe that we did it so quickly, a month ago I had nothing!!!

John, Thanks a lot for you quick responses during your weekends, it’s my pleasure to work with you!!!

Already thinking about my 3rd investment with you,
Thanks again,
Guy.

Myself and my partner bought a brand new apartment in Manchester using Global Investments and we couldn’t of been happier with the process. Not only are Mike and John professional, they are extremely friendly and made our journey easy and bearable.
Would highly recommend these welcoming agents. Five Stars *****

Having never bought a buy to let property overseas before the Global team made the whole process easy when I bought a property this year in Detroit. The process was quick and efficient from beginning to end. The team, especially Michael, responded to my many silly first-timer questions almost immediately and made me feel confident that I was dealing with a quality organisation with great support. Nothing was too much bother for them. I would not hesitate to use Global again in the future, thanks guys!!
