A truly terrible experience!

I strongly advise against doing business with this company! I purchased a property in the USA through Global Investments Inc. and paid for it in full. Yet to this day—over 1.5 years later!!!—the house is still not ready for occupancy! There are far easier ways to burn your money.

Update: January 26, 2026: It was only after I posted my negative review that they re-established contact and promised a solution. At the same time, I was asked to delete the review.

Update: March 22, 2026: For another three months, I have been strung along with empty promises. Absolutely nothing has happened. The property remains an uninhabitable construction site. Now, they are even demanding an additional $10,000 for work that has already been paid for but remains unfinished. I feel increasingly defrauded. I strongly advise against paying Global Investments Inc. in advance!!!

Update: May 11, 2026: Nothing has changed, and the promised measures have once again failed to materialize. Furthermore, I was repeatedly pressured to delete my review and to sign a highly one-sided NDA, structured entirely to my disadvantage, that would have prohibited me from speaking about my experiences regarding this transaction. Once again, this request was coupled with the promise that the work would be completed *after* I complied. However, they refused to provide any written, binding commitment to that effect. Since then, I have received no further responses to my inquiries. Global Investments Inc.’s behavior now strikes me as an increasingly deliberate stalling tactic. Based on my experience, this is a highly disreputable operation. My advice: Never pay them in advance! Not a single cent!

As previously stated, they assured us that they would uphold their commitments; however, we have been unable to reach anyone for several weeks. They agreed to provide the appliances specified in the agreement, yet we have received no updates despite repeated attempts to contact them. Their delays and lack of communication reflect a level of unprofessionalism that is creating significant inconvenience and concern.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with them. They presented themselves as capable of handling everything, but the outcome has been disappointing and far below expectations.

This company is a scam! Don’t buy any houses from them

I am very impressed with the service I received.

I was nervous about making my first overseas investment, but Global walked me through every step of the process. They helped me identify the right neighborhood, coordinated inspections, connected me with property management, and even helped estimate renovation costs.

I bought a duplex house from Global in Cleveland in the summer of 2024. The price seemed okay and the transaction seemed fine at first.
However, over time, the house turned out to be a disaster. The renovation that Global had carried out took months and was very amateurish.
A water leak was concealed, resulting in high water bills, which of course were not paid by Global.
The house is a complete disaster with countless hidden problems that are now gradually coming to light. The house is not the cash flow property promised by Global, but rather a money pit like no other. I would never buy another property from Global again.

I purchased a rental property in Detroit last year through Global Investments. The team members that worked in coordination during the process displayed excellent guidance at every step. Gokhan was always there to answer any questions. John was very helpful.

From start to finish, Global Investments were great, they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the process with ease. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt supported at every stage.

La experiencia con global no fue muy placentera , fueron mucho los problemas , Me entregaron una casa con muchos problemas , si los extranjeros van a comprar con esta compañía pongan mucho cuidado y no compren sin ver la propiedad , la compañía que recomiendan para administrar la casa no es muy recomendable, no le dejan saber que se deben pasar muchas inspecciones y hasta el momento ha sido mucho el dinero que he gastado para pasar estas inspecciones con la ciudad.

Update: Following the closure and commencement of renovations (initially projected for three months), the situation progressively deteriorated. The renovation period extended beyond eight months, characterized by substandard quality and inadequate communication. The promised Section 8 standard was not met; regrettably, the outcome fell significantly short of expectations, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory experience. We advise exercising caution to avoid similar disappointments.
