I paid $299 to Global USA in March 2024 after being contacted by phone regarding immigration services to the United States. During the call, I clearly explained that I was NOT interested in the DV Lottery but wanted real immigration assistance. They agreed, and I proceeded with payment.

After the payment, I received no service, no application confirmation, no case number, and no communication from the company. I only heard from them again after I requested a refund.

When I asked for proof that any service had been provided, Global USA repeatedly sent generic responses referring to their terms and conditions but never provided evidence of work done on my behalf.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly, my refund request was denied without proof of service.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment.

Estafa, no caigan y si ya pagaron, no caigan en pagar mas, nunca te dan pruebas o documentos oficiales de que esten haciendo algun tramite legal

Hice mi pago el año pasado. Me cobraron en noviembre. Es este mes de febrero de 2025 y no tengo nada de atención. les habia peleado la transaccion con mi tarjeta de credito por temor a estafa y asi llamaron insistentemente hasta que me convencieron de que no cancelara el tramite. Es una horrible estafa. Ahora no contestan mis mails, mis llamadas, whatsapp, nada. Hasta numero de caso te dan pero es pura mentira todo.

Está organización llama, inmediatamente pide la tarjeta de crédito se cobra, y no pregunta o consulta si se tiene el presupuesto para hacer la documentacion y tampoco responde cuando se le pregunta por cuanto es el trámite, toda una estafa, voy por más de 25 mil y siguen pidiendo dinero por los mismos documentos... Y no dan explicácion de nada..
