I am deeply hurt by this site

I am deeply hurt by this site, some transactions go through really quick and others are as slow as treacle, after o er 50 messages inquiring about my withdrawal I get a message saying I have to send verification when my account has been closed, avoid this site at all costs people and I am still waiting on my withdrawal.

Even a one star is to much I have been playing on this sight for a couple of weeks been making withdrawals with any problems until yesterday when I was asked for documents I give them everything they asked for including a picture of me holding my passport I have given them bank statements proof of I'd proof of address and proof of bank card and still this isn't enough for this sight wot more could you possibly won't they are making every excuse not to give my £180 that I rightfully won guess they need it more than I do people please stay well clear of this sight if you won't to be robbed

AVOID withdrawal delays tactics and abuse of policies

If you want to read real reviews view Broadway gaming who owns these sites. You'll see then that you need to stay well clear. I'm now even more worried after what I've just read.

Was allowed to deposit over 2000 pounds in 60 deposits in 2 days. ZERO checks. No identification needed. Then had a win. They state withdrawals processed between 9am and 6pm.

9am comes the next day and I get the email requesting all different kinds of identification and proof.

The Gambling comission states it must not only be requested as a condition of withdrawal if it can reasonably be requested before. Which it could have. Many deposits and a lot of money.

Provided identification, selfies, proof of address and a screenshot of my virtual card as I can't give them a photo of a non existent card. Asked them to process the withdrawal and guess what more delays....

Waited all day to send a reply requesting that I now send a bank statement. Meaning the withdrawal can be delayed further.

Trying to tell me that any reputable casino has to do this yet I've played at many and never had to jump through this many hoops. Including much more reputable ones.

Self excluded after my win and because of being allowed to deposit so much money, now left in financial despair with the withdrawal being delayed.

You'll get the usual spiel of these stalling casinos that abuse the KYC policies of how it's a legal requirement bla bla funny how they don't care when depositing and it's only when sending money!

So if you're going to play somewhere avoid this network, as you'll be subjected to unnecessarily thorough checks when you want your money.

Will be escalating this now as I've had enough of these companies abusing the KYC for delayed withdrawals.

UPDATE

I've provided this company with bank statements, selfies, identification, bills, council tax bills and still haven't had the withdrawal processed. When being allowed to deposit large sums of money with no checks only to have to jump through hoops when withdrawing money serious red flags should be raised. Regardless of cliche responses about money laundering, it is what it is - abuse of the KYC policies and delay tactics. Legislation states that asking for identification as a condition of withdrawal is not allowed if it could have been asked for sooner. Over 60 deposits and not a thing. One withdrawal and all of a sudden it's money laundering. You couldn't make it up. So had I not won no suspicious activity on the account. Strange that.

As of this morning the withdrawal is not processed. I'll update this review if it ever is.

UPDATE it's now 4pm still not verified me, had a generic response saying they are working on it. No explanations as to why the checks or the delay apart from Christmas period. Absolutely awful way of doing business. I'm ready to go to the media and UKGC to ensure they don't get away with it and to prevent others going through the same.

UPDATE still not verified had 1 generic reply saying it's taking longer than usual.

UPDATE in response to their edited comment, they asked for ID and I was told it would be paid Monday if it was sent. It was sent. They are now working another angle and it's going through specialist checks. So after letting me deposit 60 times and £2000 only after a withdrawal was it seen as suspicious. Not that they've told me that. Ive had enough and I'm now going to take a completely different route even if I lose my £7500 not about the money anymore.

*The fact that they tried to remove this review by reporting it for slander further strengthens what I believe and they don't like people knowing the way they conduct themselves*

UPDATE 31st Dec

As expected after saying that if I provide the transactions to glossy on a bank statement it would be processed they now want the statement for 24th - 28th once again no answer as to why only requested at withdrawal stage and not in the 60 deposits. No explanation other than to keep it a safer place lol 🤣 then recommended safer gambling tools on the site so clearly not taking note of what's happening as I self excluded after withdrawal. I'm sure I'll be back here after a few more days with the next hoop they want me to jump through

Well there you have it sent what they asked for they wait until the end of the day to reply to say it's missing information and they now need a full statement from open banking. More hoops.

UPDATE

After they requested open banking a manager said they didn't they just want a full bank statement for the dates given. This has been provided already but now I've sent them statements to the pocket accounts which is irrelevant.

They said I haven't proved source of funds. A day before playing at their site the statement shows a withdrawal from another casino of 2300. A perfectly acceptable source of funds as set out by the UKGC. Rogue casino needs an investigation

misleading emails
