I had the most shocking experience using go getters! I ordered my food around 7pm Sunday evening. Received my confirmation email the food should arrive in 1 hour. I waited the one hour and still no food. I waited 15 mins before contacting GoGetters to find out what was happening. They then said they had spoken to the shop and my food would be there within 10mins. (It hadn’t even left the restaurant yet and the restaurant is 20mins away) any way I waited another 15 mins and still nothing so contacted them again to be told the shop is very busy and would be with me within 10 mins. They didn’t realise I lived so far away. (Even though they have taken extra money for delivery via service charge) any way another 10 mins pass and the driver is calling to say he is lost and can’t find my property. Even though my house is on the go getters map quote clearly visible and Iv ordered 100s of take aways and never had a problem. Even in my notes it says do not go to ley green. (The driver was in ley green another 5miles from my house. By this time I had waited over 2 hours for my food since first ordering. I had to send the driver a link on my maps for him to find my house. When he arrives he just laughed and said oh I must have gone wrong place. I said it’s not funny Iv waited 2 hours for this. Get my food inside at long last only to find out they have forgotten the chips for my daughters meal deal and also the drinks were wrong. And the bread was as hard as concrete. Taziki was swimming in oil and other like it should be. I asked me for money back to be told the restaurant would not accept this. I have been trying to contact a manager for go getters but I just end up with a chat bod who can’t do anything. I was told I would get an email within 3 days and never even received any emails.
I will never use go getters again! Absolutely shocking company!

Poor service, food delivery was much later than was led to believe when ordering. Messaged customer service, they just said restaurant was unexpectedly busy and kept pushing me to cancel the order, which on a Sunday evening isn’t a great suggestion as few alternatives. When it did finally arrive kids were past the point of eating, which was a shame as food was actually hot and very good.

Waited over an hour for my order, so I spoke to the live chat as the order status did not move from 'order received'. They requested I wait another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Not only did the food not arrive then, I had to wait an additional 45+ minutes! Waiting over 2 and a half hours for food to arrive since hitting the order button is ridiculous. All I got from Customer Services when I first contacted them is 'we can cancel your order if you like?'... Great customer service...

Truly awful customer service.
So I get it Valentine’s Day and they are probably busy but I waited almost 2 hours for my food with completely unrealistic expectations set and then when I tried to follow up through their ‘chat’ function the whole thing ground to a halt. My advice - don’t bother. The fees are crazy - this was me paying £8 on top of a £20 order and then to get stuck with rubbish customer service I will be sticking with Uber Eats or Deliveroo etc on future

Fast delivery even on busy days
There drivers are super we have a small child at home and have asked door bell not to be used and ever time the drivers have read the note

I live in a smallish town, we don’t have many delivery services.
Gogetters have more selection, even including food trucks which is great!
Drivers are always prompt and the food always pipping hot.
I would recommend!

Twice now I've watched on the tracking the driver collect my food 2 mins from my house, then picked up another order from the local shop and delivered that elsewhere before then delivering my food... stone cold and inedible after sitting in his car for 20 minutes. When questioned he lied and said a road was closed, which even if it was true (it isn't) wouldn't explain why he stopped at the Co Op for ten mins with my food on board! When contacted customer service they refused a refund. Avoid at all costs

Too expensive.
Each dish had around an extra pound on it compared to the restaurant menu.
Then a delivery charge of £3.95
Then a service charge of £1.75

Would have been cheaper to book my food a taxi!!

First experience with GoGetters was great. Food arrived hot, on time & the delivery person was vey respectful.
Will definitely use again!

Highly recommend Go getters , friendly helpful delivery drivers , prompt replies to any queries via online chat .
Food arrived hot and on time , with added bonus of being able to track every stage of the delivery, important when you live just out of the town .
Will definitely use on a regular basis .

Really love that GoGetters are supporting local non-chain businesses and the three orders I have made have always been on time and have found the riders friendly, I recommend them and you can find some lovely small and new restaurants that you don’t find on some other apps! Give them ago and support small and local!

I recently ordered via the GoGetters app. The delivery was quite fast and without issues. I like the tracking info, so I can set the table in time for dinner. I recommend them.
