The GoldMonkeys Reviews

Excellent service,easy to use.
Would highly recommend if you have old unused gold.

Fantastic service, so quick and effortless. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

Wow! If I hadn't read about GoldMonkeys in the Telegraph, I probably wouldn't have trusted the service. Within 24 hours I have received a great payout direct to my bank account for some old gold jewellery which had been stuck in the drawer for years. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommended.

Thankyou Micheal at Gold Monkeys
Very personable
A very competitive offer
Extremely prompt with payment
Will definitely use again

We have used GoldMonkeys twice now and on both occasions the transaction has been both a pleasure and very fast, once agreed your funds are in the bank within a couple hours! Michael was a pleasant and professional person to deal with. Oh, and there is an extra £10 for an early response. Win, win!

Quick and easy , prepaid envelope for tracking .Even let me know prices had gone up and adjusted my quote accordingly.

I've sold gold to Gold Monkeys twice now, always a good price and the money is always paid in fast... plus they give you an extra £10 if you sell at least £150 worth of gold and send it to them within 48 hours of receiving the gold pack. 😁

Hassle free, swift and transparent service. Great communication and super fast payment.

Good price and good communication! Two main things in a deal!! I would definitely use them again..

Wow just Wow, so quick and efficient, gathered up some broken gold jewellry and watches, no idea how much it totalled. I received a lot more than I ever expected, that was transferred to my bank account within a few hours of receiving the confirmed value. Soo impressed I have found more bits sitting in drawers that never seen the light of day so have requested another Special Delivery bag to send that off. If you want to sell broken gold or silver for any reason I totally recomend The Gold Monkeys 5 STARS

Had 3 quotes and GoldMonkeys were the highest! Fast response and fast money transfer. Will definitely go back!

Easy to deal with. Simple to send my items. Quick payment. Will use again.

Really fast and honest service, would definitely recommend 👌

Dugout some more items that were shut away in a draw and found the service from Gold Monkeys to be just as good as previously. Good communication, excellent valuation and quick payment. Thoroughly recommend using this company over any other on the web.

Very quick response and good valuation

Really impressed with the full experience. The quote I got was higher than three other stores I tried (jeweller and pawnbroker) and I received the postal bag within a few days. I sent my gold and next day got an email to say it weighed more than I thought and the price of gold had gone up since my quote, so I received an extra £100 roughly. I received the money within an hour of the email. Incredibly impressed with their honesty and how easy the service was. Would 100% use again.

Easy as anything from start to finish, couldn’t believe how good this company is! Paid in money as soon as I’d confirmed I was happy to accept the offer!👍😍👌🙏 Thank you Gold Monkeys.

Amazing service & price!!!! Posted Wednesday PM, email for price of gold Friday morning & money in my account by 12pm.
Will definitely use again.
Thank you :)

Very impressed with this company. I was really nervous about sending £800 worth of gold in an envelope and even questioned whether the online reviews were genuine. They sent me a pre paid envelope, I posted my bracelet at the post office, got a receipt and 2 days letter, I received an email with their offer. I accepted it and within minutes the money was in my account. Excellent.
