I'm impressed how many different custom fitting options they have.. Nowhere in Sweden is able to do this! Another good thing is that the shipping time is about the same if i would buy my clubs in Sweden! I love this place!

I recently ordered a Titleist cap from this site and was informed by a phone call that it was out of stock. I was asked whether I wanted to wait until April for it to be back in stock or choose a different colour. I chose a different colour. I was impressed with the level of customer service with them taking the time to call me instead of an anonymous email informing me of the lack of availability of the product. Every order I performed on, many delays in delivery.
Many times the goods are declared in stock and isn't true, they order to suppliers and the lead time it's too long.
The e-commerce must have the goods prompt delivery, because the customer pay immediatly and the delivery time must be max two three days.
I'm Italian and I issued many order because in my family there are 4 golf players.
The secret of e-commerce is the price and fastest delivery only simple keys of success.
Also now I performed an order for one Scotty putter and after two weeks never received !

Jeg købte golfbag samt andre små ting fra hjemmesiden. Bag'en var på fjernlager, men Golfbuyitonline var gode til at informere om den ekstra vente tid. God service med trackingnr. og historik. Eneste lille minus var, at pakken blev efterladt på trappen i indkørslen, hvilket havde været lidt uheldigt, hvis vi ikke var kommet hjem den dag. Men det var i mit tilfælde til at leve med, da jeg så var fri for at skulle hente pakken andet steds.

Så generelt en rigtig god oplevelse, og jeg vil ikke tøve med at anbefale andre at shoppe på Golfbuyitonline, selvom det skal sendes til Danmark.

I've recently placed my first order for a pair of golf shoes. Thier price was really good compaired with other shops online. They arrived in few days in perfect conditions (my country is Italy). Moreover, as I had some doubts on size for my next order, I sent an enquire to the customer service and they answer me immediately. What to say... excellent!

Having placed an order and then found it to be inaccurate I sent emails to the company to modify the order. This they did and emailed me to
say the change had been made. The correct shoes arrived within a couple of days.
This is the second order I have placed with the company and am fully satisfied with the service and the prices.

Internet shopping is supposed to be convenient but this transaction was far from it. A fairly simple voucher request turned into a week long saga with no returned mails or phone calls and despite mails of complaint no response or apology. Shame as I will no longer use this site and yet they could have repaired the damage with some effort at the end. Amateurish

I'm french due to my poor english i communicate through email, i've never receive any response may be i'm spamlisted.
So i have communicate through twitter with a certain delay between question / answer.
The delevery was very fast after long awaiting re-stocking the club.

Hoping this re-edit gets read, Only one star off but Stock levels on the website do not correlate to what they have in stock! Ordered last monday and still not sure when I'm getting goods... goplfbuyitonline is usually the first place I go for golf gear but starting to think about going elsewhere when purchasing the annual golf shoes and upgrades!


Have ordered a few times from these guys - having used all other golf sites nothing really tells them apart but - hey - as long as you get your gear, when it's stated and for a good price then that's all you can ask!

This is my second purchase from Golf Buy It Online, and i'm again very happy. I was really surprised to have seen the negative reviews on here, and I checked them out again on Amazon and they have 5 stars on there so it didn't sway me from placing my order.

The clubs and bag arrived in 4 days from order, they were not full custom fit which I know have to be made and do take longer. So again i'm happy, had no issues and yes i would use them again. Maybe delivery was slow when the weather was bad or something?
