Keep your sanity and your bank account…

Keep your sanity and your bank account safe and stay away from Google Pay, it's all fun and life is good until something goes wrong, then you won't find anyone to help you, all you get is a useless Google Pay Help page, full of links to articles that may not even be related to your issue...

If an unauthorized purchase were made in your account, or in my case if Google Pay took money from your account to verify your credit card and didn't return them, you can kiss your money goodbye, because no one will help you, GOOGLE PAY DOES NOT HAVE A CONTACT FORM OR ANY SIMULAR METHOD TO CONTACT FOR HELP!...

I am warning you, i don't want you to be in this frustrating situation i'm in, unless if they fixed their customer support and added a contact form as they should, stay away from Google Pay!

Life is too short to use Google Pay

Do not attempt to set up Google Pay, as it is impossible to do so.They state that set up is fast and easy, but it is onerous, frustrating and downright impossible. My credit card could not be verified, despite me ringing my provider who confirmed everything was ok at their end. Using the Google Pay chat facility is like being in the movie "Groundhog Day" they just do not listen or make any attempt to help. DO NOT USE GOOGLE PAY life is too short.

Just as guilty as the Scam company…

Just as guilty as the Scam company SMOKERSUNIT! I placed an order with this SCAM company BECAUSE I saw GOOGLE PAY as a payment method!
They now removed themselves from this site, because it’s a scam, but REFUSE to give me my money back!
Their “protection plan” is ONLY if it’s between friends and family, or a trusted site! If it’s NOT a trusted site, WHY are you offering your services as a trusted payee??? If GOOGLE PAY doesn’t know it’s a scam... how should I know?
DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE PAY!!

Fake and not trustworthy

Really good application to transfer money. But really bad customer service people and the application tells if you refer you will get referral bonus. I have never got in recent times. I did two referrals and they even did the transactions. Yet there is no bonus. Checking with customer care, that are repeatedly asking same questions i shared my screenshots with all the proofs yet they are just forwarding. We are unhappy. They just loot the money
