I was greeted on arrival asked if I needed any help ,by Nabeil I needed time to have a look around ,looking for a coat .Then changed my mind so went to shoe section ,asked for help Nebeil patiently got me 3 pairs of shoes ,decided on 1 pair.Till assistant reminded me of my discount card wich I needed to renew ,got a good discount on my purchase .Both staff members very helpfull ,polite ,friendly .Thank you very much .Best wishes.

Good help with boots
The Bangor Store were good at taking back some boots originaly bought at the Dinas Store. Then Nabeil in the Bangor Store shoe dept (which had a much bigger range of boots) spent a fair while helping me get a new pair that fitted better. Many thanks to him.

We used the return a parcel service in Bangor store. We were returning a faulty turn table record player and sending it to Canada. We were apprehensive about sending it but the staff were very helpful and making an extra copy of the invoice and giving us a clear sleeve to use to attach to the box. Made it seem easy.
Mandy and Kevin helped us and gave great customer service.

I love this store
I love this store. It’s so handy for me to take my parcels and also collect. John at the desk today was super patient with me as I sorted my haul of parcels. Every member of staff here are friendly and professional and always happy to help.

John on footwear was very helpful
John on footwear was very helpful! Safe to say im the most awkward person with shoes and John made it easy! We spoke about what I wanted to use the boots for and he listened to my needs and helped me narrow down the options. I decided to choose a pair of scarpa boots with Johns advice. He also helped my partner with his purchase of some Salewa walking boots and a pair of smartwool socks. He made our shopping experience very comfortable and even recommended some places to visit whilst in Wales.
Would recommend coming to Bangor Go outdoors and speaking to John. Great knowledge and a great guy. Thanks again
