Visited Go Outdoors Bangor yesterday.I was served by Nabeil who helped me with my parcel.
Nabeil is always helpfull and approachable when i visit the store

Came in to Go Outdoors, Bangor today to urgently buy a tent to replace our leaky one. Was helped out by Noah, who went the extra mile to check whether the tent we wanted was in stock, after the last one on the floor had been sold. He gave us key information on the product, advice on putting it up and advice on extra things we may need. Thanks to all.

Jake was very helpful with us when we was looking for 3 pairs of walking boots,2 for adults and 1 for a child. He had the patience with us getting us different sizes and finding where another size was in another store.

I ordered a tent on the 10th of August for a camping trip the weekend of the 21st of August hoping that it would be delivered by now nothing has arrived and I have asked for a refund and asked to repeat the same information I entered in the first email and no address to rely to.

I am writing this review to praise Ianto and Daisy for their excelent customer service and approach towards the client. Today I went to Bangor Store to by a tent and some camping stuff. When I got to the designed area Ianto already engaged me and asked me if he can be for any assistance, explaining me everything I asked and what I appreciated the most was his honesty. His behaviour convinced me to buy from this store and I will be more than happy to come back again. Last but not least I want also to praise Daisy who also been very helpful in guiding me too...Good job indeed, and thank you! See you next time!

I came in a few days ago to prepare for a hike up Snowdon. Ella was such a big help. She stayed with me the entire time guiding me through picking the right walking boots, and telling me about her various hiking stories. The experience was very enjoyable and I will definitely be back if I need anything else. Thank you Ella!

Also to the gentleman the was on the tills, apologies didn't catch a name. He checked we could get as much discount as possible including asking if we had blue light (which we did and I always forget to use) so thank you so much!

Great experience buying a new pair of walking shoes. Ahren was patient in bringing out multiple pairs in various sizes. He was helpful and gave advice on the best fit. I’m delighted with the pair I ended up with and they’ve proved to be very comfortable.

Great experience at Bangor go outdoors! Wonderful help from a young fella called Puck.
He was both knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
We came in looking for 3 things and got those three things with his assistance. When an issue came up with stock, Puck helped us and resolved it.

Great customer service and colleagues that actually enjoy their job.

Beth was very helpful and knowledgeable.
As newbies, with some ideas of what we wanted, she advised and recommendations. Beth became like our personal shopper from the time we asked our first question. She went above and beyond. Can't praise Beth enough.
Would have given more stars if possible.
