GO Outdoors - Belfast Reviews 

Won’t be back here, staff member that served me at the till was stand offish and rude then literally accused me of removing a security tag from the jacket that I was paying for.
Not the first time I’ve experienced poor customer service in this store either but never felt compelled to post a review.
They could take a lesson or two from the staff in Cotswolds outdoor who are courteous polite and always helpful.
Update: so there is no complaints mechanism attached to the link that Gooutdoors have provided in their reply to my review, frankly it’s laughable that staff can speak to customers in such a hostile manner.

We had a great experience at GoOutdoors, Carly,Judith and Danni were more than accommodating they were great help and well mannered. Would definitely recommend !!!

My wife, daughter and I were served today by the wonderful Dagmara. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. Her advice on my boots proved to be totally correct. She had to make quite a few trips to the store room to get different styles in different sizes but nothing was too much to ask of her. Generally the staff at Go Outdoors are very helpful and informative but Dagmara’s dealings with us were a pleasure. I know my future first port of call for trainers, boots etc.

Olivia was pleasant and knowledgeable when advising me about new and sustainable hiking shoes. Staff at the check-out were equally nice and professional.

I had a brilliant experience at GO Outdoors thanks to Mark and Bradley. They were incredibly helpful from start to finish — genuinely kind, thoughtful, and patient throughout my buying process. They took the time to understand what I needed, offered honest advice, and made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.

It’s rare to come across customer service this attentive and genuine. Mark and Bradley are a real credit to the store, and I’ll definitely be returning because of the excellent service they provided.

Another fantastic experience today in your store. As usual I left with both the item I wanted (a Vango Banshee 200 tent on this occasion) and some excellent advice from Becky and Brad. Both took time to give me some great advice to make sure I left happy that I had made the right decision on my purchase. They are a credit to your store. Thank you Brad and Becky.

Not in the habit of leaving reviews for anyone or anything unless the experience is TRULY deserving, but this was happily one of those occasions.
Visited Go Outdoors Belfast today with my wife, who was looking for a pair of wide fit walking shoes. We were helped by the brilliant OLIVIA.
Her overall friendly, helpful demeanour, coupled with a total lack of the "hard sell", fantastic product knowledge, and willingness to listen to/fully understand my wife's needs made the entire experience an utter joy.

Fantastic service by Bradley in sales - pleasant and simply couldn't be helpful enough even under pressure serving many customers at the same time. Helped us choose a nice pair of Scarpa boots taking time to explain the differences between products on display..... 10/10.

Was served today by a gentleman called Bradley that was very helpful and knowledgeable in this area of skill.
Nothing to much hassle for him and he is a credit to your staff.

Sarah Louise saw that I was busy with my baby when we arrived at the checkout. She went out of her way to make our experience straightforward - Offering to search for my membership details rather than me searching through my things to try to find my card. She was friendly and made the transaction quick and easy.

Was in today with my daughter’s dog. Carly was just lovely to both the dog and myself. Great customer service and just that extra mile. Winnie loved her treats. Thank you Carly!

I had to visit the Belfast store today, I had an issue with my store card so spoke to Sarah Louise, after outlining my issue Sarah Louise was very very helpful. She explained that if I would go and select my goods and then return to the till area and speak to her again. I selected my goods and returned and Sarah Louise was able to sort my issue and was very pleasant she had great knowledge and resolved my issue and I paid for my goods. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sarah Louise for her assistance and helping me.

Sarah-Louise was very helpful and friendly to us. Her customer service was fab!
