Bought a pair of walking boots from this store. I was attended to by David. The service I received was first class. Undecided as to which of three pairs I should purchase he give me all the information I needed about each pair and their suitability for my needs.
Customer service is so important and David certainly delivered.

I brought my daughter to get her kit for DofE expedition. All the staff were great and Tracey and Tom were extremely helpful. Tom was defenately the one to talk to about getting the right kit. I would highly recommend

I’m a regular in Go Outdoors, and I always walk out of the store in Bury with something in my hand. Staff are always friendly, polite and very helpful.
The choice is amazing and there are some great deals to be had. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this company in a heartbeat. 👍🏼

Tom at Go Outdoors Bury is fantastic. Just returned from visiting the store to purchase my daughter’s DofE backpack. He was so helpful and really knowledgeable and was able to offer advice on all the kit needed for her expeditions. Every Go Outdoors needs a Tom!

I was buying climbing equipment for the first time. So it was important I had the right guidance for safety reasons, when using my equipment.
Chloe was very helpful and friendly and made my experience in the store informative and enjoyable..

Over a period of 2 weeks, I have ordered 4 times. Ist order I received 4 of the 11 items, with the other 7 being refunded as they were no longer in stock. 2nd order, ordered some of the 7 items that were back on the site as being available and 1 other item of Korda Tail rubbers which were in the sale at just under £3 normally retailing for £4.50ish. Again, all of the items were cancelled and refund given. So I purchased said Tail rubbers for the sale price plus paying £3.95 for postage. So all in all I paid £6.94 for a packet of Tail rubbers which normally retail for £4.50 (bargain). 3rd and 4th order, all the items I tried to order in the beginning which were said to be in stock and available, both orders completely cancelled and refund given apart from 1 item on the 3rd which I thought I'd use click and collect and 1 item will be sent for pick up. Now I look again on the site and the cancelled items are back on and available, I have ordered previously and have had no trouble at all. I know stock levels change all the time and things get missed but have to chuckle when the things I want are there but cannot purchase. Thanks in anticipation, S.Russell.

Fantastic customer service at Bury Go Outdoors today.
I had a couple of issues with membership and had forgotten my glasses but the assistant was incredibly patient and helpful.
A credit to the company.

The staff were great. Cara was happy , friendly and knowledable.Nothing was to much. She sorted the issue with my membership no problem.

Absolutely brilliant serves from the young man on the fishing department., we were purchasing fishing rod reel and tackle for my soon to be 11 year old grandson. The young man short with dark hair knew his stuff., he put the line on the reel ., recommend Bradshaw as a place to get started .. he was so patient explaining different things to us..

Tom was really helpful in picking out a good walking jacket and what the best was for what I needed explaining the difference in the materials.

We came in looking for a new air tent, the lady working on the shop floor was very helpful with the questions we asked.
We were then later served by 'Lee' who again was equally helpful and quickly and easily was able to rectify a mistake made by ourselves regarding our purchase. Cannot fault
