Excellent experience at the Cambridge store when Joe helped me chose sportswear. Joe was super helpful and guided me on styles & sizes to suit; he listened to my colour choices and was able to show me around the store. I liked that Joe highlighted sales and discounted items so l felt l got really good value for money. Well done! Great work, great team will definitely be back.

Absolutely brilliant service! I ordered online to pick up and pay in store, so that I could pay cash. It arrived promptly, staff rang me to discuss my order, and when I arrived to pick it up, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I wanted to change items in my order.

Visited this store today as I know my partner is a outdoor lover. I asked the gentleman upstairs to for his help deciding on what to get and I was extremely happy with his assistance. He answered all my questions and helped me to choose the best gift for my partner.

I will definitely return and recommend this shop to family and friends.

We went to buy shoes and a pack for hiking, Chris was absolutely incredible in helping us. He is incredibly knowledgeable and we were so grateful for his insights and knowing about everything we needed to know to make decisions in our purchases.

Veronika was brilliant!
I needed a carry case for a sleeping mat as we had lost ours. She gave us one that a previous customer had left there as they didn't need it. It save me buying a whole new sleeping mat. Thank you so much! Above and beyond.

We are new to fishing, but had booked a last minute fishing trip. Felt completely out of our depth, but James gave us fantastic advice on budget friendly gear. Thanks so much for all your help and patience, was really appreciated!

I found the music very distracting, it prevented me from thinking clearly. So, I asked the staff if they would switch it off for a few minutes. They did so. Consequently, I was able to select a Berghaus jacket and four pairs of Bridgedale socks in record time. If the music had been left on I would have left the store without making a purchase. Thank you guys!

Fabulous store with great staff. Drew was so knowledgeable about what was needed for the DofE expedition and took me to the different parts of the store to find all the items that I needed. Super Experience! Go Outdoors are very lucky to have him!

Product ready for collection on arrival, paid at desk & was in/out in 5mins✅

I was met and greeted at the door by staff and directed to where my order should be collected upstairs. Staff had my product ready for collection and carried it down stairs. The staff assisted me at the till with updating my membership and card and even told me about my further NHS discount.

Another great shopping experience at Go Outdoors Cambridge. Thank you to Ryan who was really helpful and friendly today, providing excellent customer service and advice and I appreciated his patience with my endless indecision on which trainers to buy (readers - i bought both pairs 😆). Really happy with my purchase and experience in store 😀

Was looking for a new fishing rod & reel at the Cambridge store, no one at the counter to help so ended up hunting for what I wanted, the rods were incorrectly marked up as Carp rods when infact they were Barbel rods and I ended up having to take a display reel off the shelf as there was still no staff available. I did mention this at the check out and was asked to mention it on my next visit, this could be weeks or months away. Not impressed.
