Really disappointed with the customer service I received. I was looking to buy a pair of walking shoes and simply asked if I could have a particular size. The attitude I received made me feel as though I was asking the staff member to buy the shoes for me!

Courtney was really helpful in choosing a jacket. She showed me several options I might like, and since the jackets were security‑locked, she kindly unlocked them and waited while I tried them on. She was supportive and patient the entire time.

I brought I my friend who has Parkinson’s,sh wanted some walking poles,we came acrossMILLIE,she didn’t just show us where the poles were she found someone called HARRY,who explained and took his time with my friend in how the poles might help with her back posture among other things we had thought off,very patiently ,we were so grateful to both Millie and Harry ,Millie for not just pointing to the poles,but accompany us and finding Harry,who then spent a lot of time explaining things to us in a very kind and sincere way

I wanted to express my gratitude for the help Xaina gave me whilst visiting the Derby store. Xaina was incredibly efficient in resolving an issue regarding a missing item I had ordered on Click and Collect. She was very knowledgeable and professional and is a credit to the organisation.

We were served by Liam at the till. He was very polite and helpful. My Go outdoors card had expired and he allowed me to renew it to get my discount. I always have a good experience at Go outdoors. Thankyou.

We have refunded a sleeping bag since it's not suit for us. Staff Liam is very helpful and often with a pleasant smile to the customer.
