I rang the store and asked if they could save me two fishing rods before I set off, the person on the phone confirmed so and put them to one side I went into store and Stuart was on the fishing section, he was helpfull we looked at a few different items which we purchased, the store had a decent range of items in, then Abigail served us at the checkout, she too was helpfull cutting the tie wraps off and helping us pack out purchases both very polite.
I would visit this store again better than our Sheffield store

Kimberley was very helpful & friendly. Good store & not too jam packed with clothing rails etc everywhere.

Having visited the Huddersfield store today ,we where served and looked after by Kimberley ,who was incredibly attentive and helpful,a really pleasant lady .

Bought some new boots today, have to say Sophie was very helpful, very knowledgeable & nice & friendly, just a lovely person. Same goes for Kyja on the tills also really helpful. Well done Huddersfield Go Outdoors.

I have bought two coats in the sale at Go Outdoors. They are brilliant value for the money I paid for them. So well made and warm for this cold weather. The staff at this company are always helpful and friendly.

I had an issue with some walking boots purchased outside of the warranty with Go outdoors and was experiencing issues with the manufacturer and who would help and take ownership with the boots to resolve the matter as it was within the 2 year warranty period. Jade (DM) helped me and assured me she would get this sorted, she went above and beyond and organised some new boots to be sorted at their store even though the warranty should have been upheld with Salomon, she knew i needed the matter resolving and helped me and kept in contact via email to sort it. Becca L then served me on the day and helped with the new boots and store credit to get these. Thank you so much to these two especially but also the whole team there as they were all nothing but helpful and polite and got the issue sorted straight away for me. Massive thanks again.

Kimberley was really helpful in the footwear section - 2 of us needed new boots and 1 was considering it. She made helpful suggestions and was happy to bring out plenty of pairs to try (think we had about 10 in all), and ended up buying 3 pairs.
Rebecca and Jade also helped us at times in the shop.
All were pleasant mannered.

We were served by Michael and Jade who were both brilliant. Michael knew so much about walking boots and gave us great advice on what would work best for us and being honest about the different shoes. There were lots of options in the store and the sale was great. We really enjoyed our shopping experience there!

A lovely clean store. I went looking for walking boots and with help from the assistant Jacob I was able to find exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable and happy to help. The cashier Caitlin who dealt with my purchase was super helpful too. Both staff members a real credit to the store.

Kimberley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product when we went in to buy hiking boots. She provided really useful information about a range of boots which ultimately led to a purchase.
The range of boots was fantastic - both style and price.
Abi on the tills was really friendly and engaged us in conversation which was nice.
We also have a loyalty card for GO Outdoors which is definitely worth getting if you do lots of activities.
All in all we would highly recommend GO Outdoors.

Offered help as soon as I walked in store. Taken straight to product. Also great chat re scouts and potential events! That was a bonus and incredible customer care :) and now I've found out you can get scouts discount!
