I just like it in this store. The staff are friendly. It's dog friendly. Many of the products are on display so that I can see them properly and therefore help me to make a decision which is right for me.

Reserved two camping chairs at our nearest store. Which was surprisingly simple to do. Whitin a couple of hours go email to confirm and available for pickup. So in pick up and out easy no fuss. Staff in store where fantastic, polite and friendly, very helpful. All in alla very pleasant experience. Thanks

Couldn't find what i was looking for, as I seen a Jacket on Google that was on offer , I asked one of the staff and he found it for me ,when i got to the till my membership had run out so I renewed it and got the discount.

Staff always very helpful.lots of choice.quality items

Staff were helpful and patient. My dad has limited mobility and they were courteous and helpful with him. There was a good variety of stock and a good bargain in the sale.
I was a little disappointed they have stopped the discount for being a Ramblers member

Brought a Numax leisure battery just over a year ago from my local branch Coventry, used it three times max, come away to North Wales and it's failed, spoke with the local store who was very helpful as well who could see the receipt but couldn't email me a copy and didn't have a like for like replacement. Sent an email to customer services still waiting for a reply, spoke to customer services who was helpful but still couldn't send me a copy of my receipt and who told me that even though the battery has 3 years warranty its only the first year that GoOutdoors validates, the manufacturer Ecobat said that the 3 year's warranty rests with GoOutdoors. Anyway an hours drive to Liverpool, some smiling faces and helpful staff and it's all sorted.

Went into store today with an online order that I’d received that was completely different to what I had ordered. Jenny dealt with me first she was great she understood the issue and gave me the options I had to sort it out. She also got the manager Paul over explained the issue and within a few minutes I had the item I had originally ordered and issue resolved! Jenny was great fantastic customer service skills really helpful too a credit to the store. Thanks to them both and not the online shop I’ll definitely shop in store again.

Go Outdoors Liverpool is the first place I go for all of my families kit.

Went here to get some gloves I’d seen online. Asked a member of staff ( who I think is was the manager ) He really couldn’t be bothered and was next to no help.

I decided to check on my membership card renewal date, and the young woman at the till, Jenny, was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond and actually checked the stock on the gloves I wanted. When she found they were only available on line, she helped me place an order.

She did all this with a smile.
Perhaps the first member of staff I encountered could take a leaf out of her book!

Poor customer service on the shop floor.
No one interested in assisting and give impression they dont want to be in their jobs

Had email to say my click and collect was ready to collect a week later after ordering got there to find my order has been spilt up and still not there I originally went to collect an item that was in stock got there and wasn’t

The angling customer service person called James, he was extremely helpful with my grandson helping him choose the correct fishing rod for his venture into fishing. James showed various rods for the type of fish my grandson was to fish for, he spent time and effort assisting in choice of reels and loures to attract the Pike, James was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable in the section and we appreciated his time and dedication shown to us as customers

A very pleasant experience buying a pair of walking shoes . Young Adam helped me , he was honest with his advice , patient and stuck with me to ensure he had the right sizes in stock . Excellent sales qualities and very rare these days .
