Did a click and collect order online, very easy.
My prices were better then anywhere else,
Order was ready and waiting.

I came in to the store in Norwich when visiting the UK, to get some camping equipment for my trip. When I asked for assistance, David came in to explain the different merchandise and really helped me to choose the best products for what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the informed, supportive approach, a big plus when choosing where to shop.

After a week of waiting to click and collect 3 items I received a message to say that the order had been cancelled and I had been reimbursed. No reason was given or apology!

Interestingly, I checked the stock at GO Norwich and all 3 items were available.

After a quick search on Amazon, I ordered all 3 items for a very similar price in their Spring Sale and they are being delivered 1 day later.

Went today to get my husband some walking boots for his birthday. Dean was amazing, so helpful, knowledgeable and helped us find the right pair. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much Dean

Great product, matching online price. Shawn, the cycle specialist, was extremely helpful, building up our new bikes and checking everything was in order. He answered all our questions and gave us very detailed guidance, and stayed in contact while we waited for them to be ready to take away. He conducted a meticulous hand-over and even called us the next day to make sure we had registered the batteries to obtain the full guarantee. Superb service.

Jade - served me this evening was very lovely and knowledgeable provided me with great advice on the products I need definitely a keeper in terms of quality staff couldn’t recommend her more

Two very helpful staff members, Jade and Lewis, helped me when I was unable to get the member’s discount for the walking boots I purchased online. I called into the store and the helped me to resolve the problem in a friendly and professional way.

Hopefully Go Outdoors can resolve the issue with their website soon!

1 star for the male assistant on shoes because he was not at all helpful to the point of being rude. I won’t be returning to this store:

We visited the Norwich store, our first visit there.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, we visited the camping, clothing - male and female, shoe departments. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable in all area.
There was a much better selection in all departments compared to the Cambridge and York stores we have previously visited.

Laura was very helpful and friendly member of staff, she was informative when I asked about the website that it would not except my membership card

Service at the till was excellent, with the staff member finding our loyalty card details (I forgot my card) and also prompting us to see if we had any other cards which would give extra discount, which we did have but were unaware of.
However the anti-shoplifting measures were frustrating. It was difficult trying on jackets due to a complex security cord arrangement, and it took time to find a staff member to open the fitting rooms.

Served by Laura today, very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, lovely smile an asset to the company. Found all I needed never let me down.

Brilliant service provided by Tina who was very helpful: explaining breathability and waterproofness and locating the right seize for the waterproof coat and overtrousers we needed.

Served by Lewis helpful and knowledgeable member of staff.
Bought 2 pairs some hiking boots and tried loads on, thanks for your patience and help.
