Not in stock but ordered what I wanted,and delivery to home.Served by Sam she was very helpful and efficient.

The staff in the Scarborough store are always a delight. Need a bigger premises though!

Served today by Sam, a very helpful and polite assistant, buying new walking shoes for both myself and my husband, having had to try on various sizes and designs, thus meaning Sam was up and down to the stock room on at least 3 occasions came back with a smile on her face each time, great shopping experience today, thank you Go Outdoors

I found new shop in Scarborough, they were very helpful and the fact I had to renew my account they helped me do that also as I had not been advised about this. The staff were great and very helpful.

David was so helpful and friendly when I called in a few days ago to try on walking boots. I left with a pair of great-fitting North Ridge boots. Sam also provided great service at the counter, making sure we didn’t forget to use our military discount. Excellent customer service from both.

The Scarborough express store staff are always really helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend

Me and my husband were after a pair of walking sandals each, and called in on spec whilst in Scarborough. Evie was brilliant 👏 We both have problems finding well-fitting walking shoes (I have large wide feet for a woman, and my husband has a bunion to accommodate) so we both tried on various sizes. Evie was very friendly, helpful knowledgeable and patient. We bought 2 pairs of Merrills. Great service! The chap on the till was lovely too - efficient and courteous, and sorted us out with a new card and voucher for next time 👍👏

Staff very helpful and friendly so pleased you are now in Scarborough. Been a member for many years ,all the items we have purchased in the past have been fit for purpose and lasted many years.

Little bit disappointing that had to pay to become a member after our store changed from Millets to Go Outdoors if I had gone a couple of days earlier I wouldn’t have to have done that

I am so pleased with my ladies Peter Storm walking boots! I was served by Syrona, who helped me to save a lot on the purchase, as I was signed up for the membership card. The shop looked inviting, well stocked, with welcoming and helpful staff. Thanks very much, and I will be shopping there again.
