Digging through the massive range of tents and Paul F offered to help us find what we were looking for much faster. Couldn't do more to help: fetching us a trolley when we had too much stuff and going all over the store to find the pole version of the tent we like. Top bloke

Went in with an idea of what I wanted - Paul F. Stumbled accross me however and helped me narrow down to the better options. He even caught me at the till with the wrong gas for the twin ring burner I was buying and ran off to grab the correct bottles for me. Great and knowledgable guy who helped massively.

Good valu for money if you're a member of Go outdoors. Bought it for my son to take on his Duke of Edinburgh Expedition. He loved it and plenty of space for all his stuff and the safety straps are great. And also the online order and collection was very good.

Great shop, super helpful staff especially Shannon who helped with all of our camping needs. And was super kind to my children.

Could not of been happier. The guy who assisted us was informative friendly and offered the best advice. We needed a certain size bag for a safari and he went off and found a tape measure and spent time going through all our options. Absolute good old fashioned personal service. The company should be very proud of your employe.

We visited your Southampton Store to buy items for my sons Duke of Edinburgh expedition we took advice from Paul F about various items he was very knowlegable about the products as was able to off my son a detail insite in to Dof E .

Excellent Staff, products and customer experiance.

I came in indecisive about which camping sleeping mat to buy for wild camping and Paul F was very helpful and knowledgeable which was great. Other members of staff have also been very helpful, pumping up a mat that wasn't on display for me to see!

I couldn’t find the rucksack in the colour that I wanted but the female staff member was great and sorted the issue out. Very good customer service!

We were struggling to decide on a camping sleeping solution (camp beds vs self inflating mats) and received some excellent advice from Paul F, who went out of his way to explain the pros and cons of the various different options and models - we were very impressed with the level of service.
