I did not get a message from the store saying my order had arrived. But a bone call to your main office told me it was there. It was competitively priced.

Stuart and Harry helped us find the right tent and the right deal.

My husband, who has moderate Alzheimers, went to collect his bike after it had been repaired. At the till, he forgot his pin number, so couldn't pay. Normally, the staff member would have retained the bike until payment could be made. But this staff member, Rhys, was so concerned about how upset my husband was, and how he would get home without a bike, that he paid for the service himself. I only know this as he left me a phone message that evening to say paying had been his choice, and if I wanted to pay him back, fine, but if not,fine too. It was his 22nd birthday that day. I was so moved by his mature care and generosity. If I were his Mum, I would be so oroud. Of course I paid him back, but I have to say, customer service doesn't get better than this. Rhys, you knocked my socks off. Bless you.

Bought some walking shoes today and I was served by Jonathan who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend GoOutdoors!

We were helped by a male staff member called Rhys. He helped me to get a coat down I couldn't reach. Helped me look at some camping furniture and showed us what we get with our member discount card. He also helped my husband take our purchases to the car. Extremely friendly, helpful member of staff. As we're the other staff members we spoke to, sorry didn't get their names. We'll trained staff will always bring customers back. 🙂

I shopped in Go Outdoors today, I was looking for a powerbank and was not sure which model I required.
I asked a young assistant called Rhys for help and he showed me to the range that go outdoors actually carried unfortunately they did not carry the type I required which was a highly portable one that incorporates a series of solar panels capable of being used in remote locations where the access to mains power to recharge were extremely limited. He could have said sorry we don't carry that type and left it at that but he called A colleague Dan and explained to him what I had to replace and Dan took a photo of the damaged one that incorporates solar panels and he found it on line for me. These two young men went above and beyond to help me and I was extremely impressed by the diligence they showed . I spent £295 in the store that day and they even helped me to the tills with my purchases. Well done to GoOutdoors for the friendly and helpful staff they employ.

When going into the store to look at the trail running trainers I was greeted by a member of staff his name was Johnathan he was very helpful with a good amount of knowledge about the selection of trainers available would recommend to others if looking thank you Johnathan

Great experience at the Taunton branch, we were stressed out trying to find a decent rucksack for DofE. Dan came to the rescue, patiently and expertly guiding us through the rucksacks, mats and sleeping bags. Came away with everything we needed, and without feeling pressured. Amazing customer service.

Fab service at Taunton branch, exchange a pair of boots with no quibble and James had such a depth of knowledge about different brands
