Great advice and help from a polite and knowledgeable staff member called Pedro today. Found the walking boots for me. Very grateful.

Joe was extremely patient and helpful on the Tills. He is an exemplary member of staff and made sure I went home with the best deal possible.

Pedro has great customer service and even sold us a display model as the one we wanted was sold out!!

I went into browse and ended up buying some mountaineering boots back in January.

Big Thank you to Julie in the shoe/ boot department for allowing me the time to try on both 6.5 and 7 boots a few times and answering the numerous questions I had.

Also thank you for finding me an end of range boot which was more in my price range.

Long wait for the order. The most important item in the order has been cancelled next day. One mere item returned as too big. Refund process started over a month later. Staff very helpful and polite but unfortunately unable to speed the refund up.
Love the stores but that was very negative experience. I don’t think I will make another online order.

If you are after advice about the camping equipment you could not get a better helper than Anthony at the Team Valley store in Gateshead.
He is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, giving lots of extra handy hints that the instructions or training simply cannot teach. His wealth of experience and friendly manner leave you with the assurance you were in safe hands. Thank you Anthony, Stu and Sharon

Had a great experience at the Team Valley store last week. There was a store assistant named Andy, who provided excellent advice regarding walking boots that I was looking to replace and I purchased a pair of Scarpa walking boots. He was approachable, knowledgeable and friendly & not pushy, which was a breath of fresh air when shopping! Thanks :-)

I was served by Andy in the footwear area. He was extremely personable and helpful with his suggestions and offered to check stock elsewhere for different colourway options. He also explained the membership process in detail and I ended up purchasing one.

In all I saved £45 thanks to his helpful suggestions. Will happily visit the store again!

I was buying hiking boots and was served by Pedro who was knowledgeable helpful and very pleasant. I was helped make the best decision for my needs and within my budget.

Julie served me today with new hiking boots. After listening to what i was looking for i was shown a few pairs and bought one of them. Without the advice i doubt id looked at these lighter weight ones but they are definitely the best pair i have had. Thanks Julie 😁

My assistant Ged was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He let me try on the boots I liked the look of and advised me on the different features of various boots. He was careful to ask me about the type of walking I intended to do and clearly understood my needs.
Get helped me to get a good price for the boots, advised me on suitable socks, ensured I did not miss the offer, and carried my purchases to the till for me.
Whilst I stomped about the shop in different boots Ged chatted to my husband about common interests.
I am very pleased with my purchases.

After a devasting week end where I have had to invest in new footwear 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear the excellent help I received today by someone who clearly understood my needs and wants went a long way to my decision to buy today. Andy or Andrew in the shoe department was exemplary.

Andy, on the shoe department was very knowledgeable and gave an honest opinion. Not swayed by price. Very helpful.
The lady supervisor on the till was polite and very professional but also friendly and happy to have a laugh. I would highly recommend this store and the staff I encountered to anyone.
