I was looking for a 25l rucksack and couldn’t believe I was able to get one for £9 x

The ordering of the items was very easy from the app. The items were click and collect from a local store however I understand that a new delivery system has been introduced using the shop app. This meant I got different dates of delivery and nothing at all from the shop.
I eventually got my items but I had to chase them up. Needs time to bed in the new system and improve communication

Adrian was polite, helpful without being pushy and gave excellent and knowledgeable advice

Joel was very polite and helpful and friendly. My membership card had expired and Joel renewed it enabling me to make use of the membership discount price for my new Merrell waking boots.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from James. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt really looked despite the shop being quite busy. Can’t recommend the shop enough!

Customer friendly and responsive

Adrian was extremely helpful in the purchase of a pair of walking boots for my husband. He was very patient and eager to help and to please. He even showed us the best way to lace up walking boots so they didn’t come undone while walking. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service!!!!!!

Adrian was professional, friendly and exceptiionally helpful. It made our long journey to Trentham so worthwhile. Totally recommend

Excellent service. We went into the store not sure about what products we needed for my sons Duke of Edinburgh tasks and we were met by Rachel who was so polite and knowledgeable and helped gave us great advise on the boots required and what is needed in general. We ended up getting most of the items we needed from the store. Would 100% recommend anyone to this Store 👍

Fantastic customer service from Paula . Nothing was too much trouble , no pressure to buy and lots of good advice. Plenty of choice of footwear and some genuine bargains . Well worth a visit.

Can I just give James a big shout out for his help this weekend. We needed some walking boots for my daughter and he quickly identified we needed help and provided top quality service. It made the shopping trip really easy and quick.

I was looking for a new pair of walking shoes and from the advice of Adrian and Joel which was a breath of fresh air that both new what they were talking about and felt that after trying on what was advised I felt very pleased with the friendly attitude from them both , I didn't feel rushed and better still not pressured into a sale thanks again .

This young lad must have fetch as many pair of boots that the shop had to offer, but we eventually found a pair that were comfortable, and a decent price.
James did a great job at looking after me.
