I was served by Sally who was training an assistant but was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I had ordered some shoes online, the communication by text about my order was excellent and the shoes were waiting for me as planned.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Partner bought some expensive boots for Kenya. They lasted two days and fell apart. He tried to email the company to get a refund or a new pair of boots and heard nothing back for 3 weeks so I called they said unfortunately they need to be sent off to be inspected however he’s in Kenya for the next three months now without any boots. Costumer services were not helpful at all

Hiking Shoes
Assisted by the very knowledgeable Sam, my wife and I tried a variety of sturdy hiking shoes for a forthcoming walking holiday. The store had all of the leading shoe manufacturers to choose from and try. We've bought so much outdoor kit from GO Outdoors York over the years.
