I allege that NOT ONLY if you have a COMPLAINT(S) or ISSUE(S)of FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS on this DEBIT CARD, you CANNOT SPEAK to a HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE but WAY-2-GO give you NO OPTIONS to TAKE the PROPER RECOURSE or ACTION to RECTIFY or RESOLVE even the SMALLEST ISSUE LET ALONE QUESTIONABLE PURCHASES & FORGET about FILING COMPLAINTS or SPEAKING to any HUMAN REPRESENTATIVES DIRECTLY PROGRAM CARD SERVICES!
This card service customer service by phone or website IS ALWAYS EXPERIENCING GLITCHES and ERRORS in the system and they have VERY LIMITED USER-FRIENDLY FUNCTIONALITY on their WEBSITE or 1800 PHONE NUMBER ACCESS!

A few years ago, I had multiple charges that I did not purchase and it was a NIGHTMARE trying to get these charges reversed and received my money back

I find myself half of the time calling back numerous times just to get my freakin issue handled. When you start explaining your issue to them they act like they're brain dead and don't understand what you're saying. Big let down for me. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY!!

If I can get a zero I would. My card being used every time I get a deposit. Sometimes I don't get a deposit for years. Somehow they manage to get money off my card. One time I had $600 stole. We're going to be giving back $400

Worst company to handle anyone's money. Jonathan from the fraud department was rude, disrespectful, condescending, poor effective communication skills, lack emotional intelligence, and overall an indecent human being. I've been requesting for a supervisor and still no resolution.

Called after being on hold for two and a half hours by 1st rep I can get help after Savannah came on the line at 6:30pm she was not helpful was only wanting to get off the phone. Only because I can’t give it zero stars. It’s a scam, can’t withdraw money, card often gets declined even through the app says there is money in the account. Customer service is non existent. I wonder is this is a scam to steal government benefits. There is no oversight and no way to get any help. Worst company ever.

Zero stars. Including wanting to file a grievance. I waited 20 yrs for child support owed to me and cannot get on the web. Cannot withdraw cash. Same issues that everyone else has listed only I cannot pay any of my bills, rent or anything because it requires a routing and account number which from my understanding you access online. When I use the don't know password option enter the card , and code, my ssn and dob it tells me information not found. I spent 4+ hrs today talking to Wisconsin Douglas county child support, other customer services numbers, the issuing funds that transfer it to the card. Nobody can help. I called the 877-253-3686 at total of 18 times today trying every key option to never reach a live party. I want to transfer my funds out of there. It's my families money. There should be no fees, or daily limits , etc. I want answers and resolution. I then talked to a supervisor at 800-991-5530 and was promised that someone from way2go would be calling g me to help me today and they never did. This is not okay. Something needs to be done and Superior Wisconsin-Douglas County child support needs to find a better company and bank to do business with.

Worst customer service ever. Not only was I on hold for over a hour. Customer service rep was knowledgeable at all. I did a transfer wanted to cancel she’s telling me it never happened because my balance is still the same and I explained to her it did so she said no it wasn’t successful and to wake up this morning and it went through. SMH
They have the absolute worst service
They have the absolute worst service. It is near to impossible to do any transactions that are online. There is no way to verify and unlock a card. They lock your card and say it’s for your protection and the lock is for 24 hours. In case of an emergency this is by far the worst card. It can’t even be added to Apple Pay which is laughable. This is not the way to go to receive your support payments. Do better cancel this company is immediately!!!

0 stars if I could. The customer service is horrid. The wait time to even talk to someone is over an hour. Today it was 2 after I was promised something and waited to weeks after verifying with two different people, it never happened so again I had to call. Asked about it and she kept interrupting me followed by hanging up on me mid sentence. This was the second time I had that happen. I can’t believe they are still a program running it the way they do. I guess anyone can keep their job talking to customers and treating them like that there. What a shame.

Called for a transaction I didn’t recognize after repeatedly asking the “customer service representative” NOT to cancel my card at the moment I wanted to verify with Amazon.com, (which is all she could tell me the transaction was from), I would call back if it wasnt my transaction. She CLOSED my card anyway. Now I have to wait 7-10 days and couldn’t even get it expedited without paying $18 thx “customer service” supervisor! So disappointing people don’t know what ur going through to need that $$$ thank God for his blessings!!! but the “customer service” sucks!!!!
Stay AWAY from Way2go!
I began using the way2go card back in December of 2024 and have experienced NOTHING BUT ISSUES. The app glitches repeatedly to the point of being unusable. The customer support is completely voice automated so speaking to real human is a 0% chance. They put you through absolute hell to move/transfer any funds you have to another credit/debit card. I could go on for hours, do not trust this company it is completely operated by thiefs and robots. I will never bank with Way2Go ever again!

The card program is SLOW. The EDD can deposit funds on your account and it can show on your card transactions as a deposit, but, however, it will not reflect on your card balance. The personnel is very incompetent and doesn’t offer any corrective process for the delays. Bully Banks have no Mercy
We have had the Same issue with the sc epay card of the card being locked as if it was being used fraudulently, while we were doing standard business. It is like pulling teeth to get to speak with someone, and when we did , she blamed us we had attached a cash app account to transfer funds, when I told the arrogant "customer service" Ha, this she said that was the problem. That we should Not have done that and Now the card was being tempromental!
I think the card company is being tempromental and hoarding all the cash they can in order to aquire interest on the money. Sure our measly amount wouldn't add up to much interest, but if you combine in it with the thousand of other then that's a Nice pay day for the bank! It seems to me that bank regulators would have pounced on this. Obviously they are pre paid too It's a shame that these money grubbing bastards can continue to get away with this stuff!

The very worse to communicate with. I've been calling for days only to get disconnected. They purposely set their phone options to disconnect you {"sorry you're having trouble, GOOD BYE"} and the website is not any better. SMH.

This card company is a fraud, put a fraud alert on my Child support card and won't remove it , even tho I have sent in all my verification. I have about $400 on my card! Scam, can't get to any one who knows what your talking about and can't get a supervisor on the phone

If I could give zero stars I would. Nine out of 10 times that I try to log in, I cannot. You enter your ID, then password, then it goes back to the enter ID page...over and over again. After 12 attempts, I still cannot log in to my account. I don't know what DCSS was thinking when they switched to this platform because it is trash!
Horrible customer service
The GoProgram deserves a BIG FAT "0" !!!!!! Horrible customer service, there isn't any!!!! Website has extreme glitches in it!!! The security questions options is limited & with no other options to select!!! There notification alerts does not work!!!! Everytime I revisit their website, it shows up in a different language, I log in, hit enter & then it reverts to the login page again, now I'm locked out for too many trys!!!! They ARE NOT 24 hours/7 days a week!!!
