Are there any supervisors that work here? We’ve been on hold waiting for 2 hours to speak with a supervisor. They put a fraud alert on the card for no reason & won’t remove it no matter how many forms of ID we provide. Totally useless company.

This card is horrible. The customer service is non-existent. When you call the customer careline, you go in circles if the instructions are even right at all. I hate working with this card. The states that use it are doing a huge disservice to their clients.

Horrible management, customer service nonexistent...a joke
Horrible.... filed a dispute, the response had nothing to dispute. Out of 15 representatives only 2 looked into account. Others were hateful like they are being inconvenienced. Dispite was Multiple transactions from different vendors are being deducted twice because when transaction cleared the pending never came off. So now has pending chatge and cleared charge. Still not resolved. Every representatives asks for your entire social. They hold so many government contracts and the customer has no choice but to continue using services as of today. Hopefully this will change soon. The customer service so ridiculous you think it may be a joke...but it's not.

I am not able to get my money…
I am not able to get my money transferred to my bank account. I have submitted all documents they requested. And still can't get it to work. Also, my card will not work at ATMs and some merchants

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY: You will never be able to reach a real live person for any issue you may have, they don't even have an email. They transferred my child support funds into someone else's account, the only way to reach someone was to hit the fraud dept after I found out my money was not available, no one contacted me at all. The FRAUD dept. didn't know what was going on, told different things that happened after that they closed my account, since then I have not heard or contacted by anyone and cannot reach anyone, their website: Contact Way2Go Customer Service toll free 1-844-309-5657 24 hours a day / 7 days a week if completely false, 100 % lie. Also after speaking with the NJ Child support they informed me this company has an abundance amount of FRAUD !!!!!! Be Aware .....

WORST thing that child support could have switched to. You cannot get a live person for assistance. Their website constantly has statements disabled so you can't see what's going on. Then if you dont have the funds in the account, because you didnt receive a support payment, when you're trying to pay for groceries or something else for your kid(s) they take money from you as a penalty for not having enough to cover the fee and don't even cover any of it, even if you have some. Thievery at best. I am going to look into options to have the minimal payments I do receive sent elsewhere because it is a joke of a program/card.

If you need help good luck getting a hold of anyone....I'm definatly having my cash switched to another company like net spend or I'm not sure who....this card is horrible worst card I ever had....you can never speak to anyone ! I was charged twice by mistake couldn't talk to anyone it's not worth typing all the things that have went wrong with this card it's just a horrible card you can never get a hold of customer service if you do it's recordings and if there's something else you have to ask you're just screwed.... So yeah I'm going to see if I can get my money on some other different card anything but this one
They specialize in rude behavior…
I spoke with two of the most rude customer service reps I've ever ran across. It makes no sense that these people even have jobs. They should totally be out of work and struggling to find employment. It doesn't matter that you call in and are polite. They cut you off, speak over you and treat you as if you're unintelligent. It's a sad world we live in and nobody is ever going to hold them accountable. I have a6 year old son who has special needs and this service is exclusive to him. To be treated this way is not right at all. These are not the kind of people that should be allowed anywhere near peoples personal information. What in the world is going on

My mother has been hung up on 4 TIMES!?! 3 times by regular employees and once by a MANAGER my mother never asked for this card but she got it anyway and she's been having problems with it for 2 years when she got it you can only get money off of the card every two weeks on a atm this card sucks butt

Customer care is so disgusting and unprofessional and when asked to speak to a supervisor, he asked why? I replied with " your making me feel very uncomfortable " They rob your money and have endless issues and allow you 3 free service calls to speak to someone but this company requires 5 plus calls a month. I'm on call 9 for my online account in a different language and won't set back to English and won't allow me to log in. I get no reimbursements for my calls though it's "their" issue not being resolved or communicating when it will be. Get your money out and run. Go to any other card service. Like cash app/ venmo/ netspend charges you nothing. These guys is an average $10 a month. This is child support money they take.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I don’t know why the state of Alabama switched to this horrible provider. Today I recieved a deposit for up to go to the store early to get gas etc get to the cashier card doesn’t work. Ok cool maybe it’s their system because the young lady said someone else just had the same problem so I tried the atm. It still didn’t work I left to try another atm down the road still the same problem. Now I’ve wasted gas, time and can’t get a live representative on the phone for nothing to see what’s going on. Been waiting on hold for over 10mins this is the second attempt mind you. Tried calling the # for them in the app and it takes you to an automated system which is no help and disconnects the call. I’m now late for work, with no $$$ to get gas & still waiting on these jokers to answer. I HATE THIS CARD

This bank, card, app, website, and especially the reprehensible customer service reps need to be gone. Gone as in non-existent and out of business. WHY in the name of everything holy the government forces people to use this to get child support payments is beyond the pale. The people who answer the phone, when you can get one to answer, act like you are using their money or that you are some second class citizen who doesn't deserve their time or help. I despise every person I have ever had to have contact with regarding this card and that includes the rude, ignorant, uncaring people at child support services. They're like, not my problem, too bad, use an ATM. As if that actually works every time you need it to. Card is always, without fail, declined for any, and I do mean any online purchase. Fix this absolute mess or at least give the option of direct deposit to personal bank accounts! Stop holding our money hostage to gain the interest from it being stuck in your crappy bank. There's enough problems, using child support money shouldn't be one. Do better.
Worse company in history
0 stars from me this company let someone steal my money off my card. Then have the nerves to say I made the purchase. Because I made similar purchases lies my purchase come for a entire different name. Everytime I make a purchase I get a email sent to my gmail. Not one purchase can to my gmail cause I did not make them. So they might be stealing our money. Selling information to others to make extra money. Its not happening to them so they don't care.
