SO HELPFUL, HASSLE FREE

I’m sorry, though, that you had to chase your redemption code and couldn’t find any email from us about it. Once our system sends a code to the registered email address, we don’t have control over how it’s handled by the email provider, and sometimes messages can be filtered into spam or promotions folders. Still, I understand how inconvenient that is, and your comments are genuinely appreciated.
