Thank you for the great app, had no issues with payments or getting the order placed. Still it can be improved. While I add items in cart, I should have the option to increase the count without going back to the menu again. Also when I add the same item again it is displaying it separately. If it can consolidate the count that would be easy.

The pizzas were cold when they were delivered.

Thai on tap is the place to go when you want the best Thai food around. I rated it a 4 cause they took 40 minutes to get my food ready even though it says it’ll be ready in 20. Also they forgot my Thai tea so I had to show them the receipt that it was paid for

Like: easy to order online

Dislike: their website is
a) wrong - refers to restaurants in the Sacramento area but they are in the Miami area
b) wrong - they say take-out only but in fact they have a small dine-in area

AND, most important, they paid no attention to the pickup time. I listed for 7:30PM and it was so shown on my confirmation but I was called at 1:45PM and told my order was ready for pickup. When I did pickup at approx 7:30PM, the hostess who had called me said her screen does not show the pickup time except in a small area at the top that she does not see or notice

I submitted the order about 11:30, requesting it be ready to pick-up at 12:45. The cashier didn't seem to know anything about it. Eventually, a cook came out and said it would be ready in five minutes. It took another 10 minutes.

AWEFUL company…. Be careful… order from the store directly….. this app will place an order, not give you a confirmation, leaving you think the order never went through. After attempting the order a second time you’ll find you were charged twice. When you call the company they simply say there is nothing they can do sorry….. even the store owner at the pizza shop I ordered from complained about how bad this company is…. It wasn’t his fault because he simply receives the orders and makes 2 pizzas not realizing it’s a mistake.

Fantastic food, fast service.

Pho Hot was not paying any attention to online orders. We arrived about 30 min after order was placed and they had not even looked at our order. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for them to prepare the food.

This is the 3rd time in a row this has happened. No apologies. No discount on the meal. Terrible customer service.

Restaurant didn't receive the order in time.

4 out of 5 of my items were incorrect. They were missing key components to the meal. No rice or beans from a Mexican restaurant!?!

It worked fine, but the prompting I got to leave this review is annoying.

Ordering was fine, still had to wait another 15 minutes after I arrived which seemed excessive. That was 45 minutes in total from the time I ordered. More importantly, the food was absolutely disgusting. Sorry. I don't normally write reviews, this was just too awful to ignore. Never going back.
