Yummy food, like eat

The delivery driver did not follow the special instructions for where to bring my food and did not contact me at all about the food arriving. I do not understand what the purpose soliciting the special instructions are, if they are disregarded. I have no idea how long my food waited outside in a location that I had no idea about. It was 2 hours between ordering and when I spoke to a Grabull representative who told me my food had been delivered to a different location. It was a poor experience.

The food was great, but our order was missing the rice that went with the curries we got.

The food was cold looking to get refunded. Horrible experience.

I was searching for Ana's Taqueria and feel pretty misled by the link I was given. Sorry, but I don't want to order from a third party (whose order was not sent properly to the restaurant so was late) - and the way the Google search results come up are misleading and misrepresentative. I'll be making sure that I"m in the actual restaurant site next time, instead of in a fake link made to look like the actual restaurant.

Little India Express is a favorite take out place. I was a little disappointed in my last take out. I called to find out when to head over (grabull said 45 for a Monday night which didn't sound right at all- why can't they text?). When I showed up to pick up the order they told me they didn't have 1/3 of our order, I guess they lacked critical ingredients. Their workers aren't terribly fluent in English which is the price we happily pay for authentic food. I really wish they had called. So, we made without but we had to ask for the money back for the third item and they "couldn't" refund through the credit card we paid with. And of course, I tippef rather generously on the total and there was no way for me to adjust that. So, I'm not sure how much was grabull versus the restaurant but there are issues that could stand to be ironed out here.

Still a favorite in our book and we'll be back despite this bump in the road.

Grabull is deceptively soliciting reviews by implying I’m reviewing the service of the restaurant I ordered my food from when reviewing there service on trustpilot. I was sent to this review form after receiving an email and confirming I received my food. There is no implication that I was being brought to this form and it’s obvious they are trying to farm more positive reviews on trustpilot by confusing users when confirming they have received their food. Invalidating the score the score on this site for this platform

I made my order inline with grabull. I ordered and paid extra for steamed vegetables to be added to my soup but did not receive them in my order

Service was fine. Food arrived as ordered with no difficulties.

I went to the restaurant, they never found my order so I had to wait till they made it from scratch.

Fast and time. Food is so good
