Nothing arrived except a email saying its been delivered
Delivery company don’t recognise the tracking number.
Every email received from Grace’s copper says the same thing, investigate it with the delivery company well we do our investigation.
I get that same reply every time I get in touch.

Not good quality at all! Went green and stained my skin after only a week. Contacted them and they said I could have 20% off my next order. I informed them I wouldn’t be placing any more orders as the item is not as described so I’d like a refund. After subsequent emails they were up to 70% off a future order. No use to me as I won’t order from them again. Avoid this company!

3 items ordered. Items are NOT 99.9% copper as advertised! Was told I could not have a refund. Very disappointed! Do not order from this company. My lawyer will be contacting them.

I would not give this awful company any stars at all. Please do not order from them.
I received a totally different item from what I ordered. I was ignored completely, when i first emailed them. Now, all they will offer is 50% off another item!!
All I want is the anklet that I have paid good money for. I will now contact trading standards, and my bank. This is not even funny. Avoid at all costs

While Grace’s Copper’s site touted their quality, I’ve gotten better rings out of gum ball machines. I was expecting more from the $40. price. It started staining my skin before a week was complete. The company was responsive when I first reached out, but only offered 10% back or 50% off my next order. The return policy doesn’t allow returns on worn items. Why would I want to make another order!? Bottom line - poor quality, poor customer service. Steer clear & save your money!

Ordered a few items, the anklet measures 19cm and an average woman’s ankle measures 20.5cm, which is exactly what mine measures. Asked for a replacement which would fit and this was the response;

As a solution, we can offer you either:

15% refund while you keep the anklet, with no return required, or
50% store credit that you can use toward a future purchase.

I want what I ordered and paid for, how can I wear it when it doesn’t fit around my ankle!

The ring I ordered has started to go silver and it’s just a few weeks old.

Poor quality and poor customer service.

Would never order from this company again so there’s no point having a 50% credit towards future purchases.

Wish I had seen these reviews pre ordering, and could give a zero star review. Ordered a ring, and waited, then checked tracking and no order exists! Claiming back via Paypal.

Ordered a bracelet,arrived and a magnet has fallen out already,also not copper! Have asked for refund as less than 30 days! Offered 50% off anotjer purchase or 10 percent refund,absolute joke! Taken up with my bank now

The wholesome image is a total scam… these items are mass produced in China.

I ordered a number of items - was generally disappointed but accepted as they were what I had ordered. However the earrings sent were cheap looking and nothing like I ordered. Now in an ongoing email exchange - all AI on their part I imagine. They say they will refund my money if I return the items, signed for postage, to China, despite it being their fault. I have reported them to trading standards but am not expecting anything to come of it!

Advertising solid copper jewellry I received earrings stamped S925 gold coloured, returned them to their London address as per their website, struggling to get a refund my bank is now involved,they're ripping people off, they're even saying copper doesn't discolour skin, yes it does it'll leave a green tinge on the skin fakestuff their sending won't cuz it's plated rubbish.

It took a while but eventually received. Bracelet as ordered and fits nicely. Don’t know how to check though to see if it is copper.

I recieved the wrong style of bracelet, tried to contact them for a replacement, no luck. Its so big its un wearable. Note to self - check reviews

A website fuul of lies, the ring I bought is nopt copper, was shipped from China. Terrible customer service, terrible product that are not even copper. Do not buy

I ordered an anklet and a cuff bracelet. Anklet is not attractive at all. Instead of the cuff I was sent a bangle that looks like it was suited for a very small person.
I've emailed support at least 5 times. Absolutely no response.
I'm so disappointed in myself for being scammed. Typically when ordering anything advertised on FB, I read reviews -but I did
not on grace's copper site- but on sites like Trust pilot.
The ad on FB is very appealing. Don't get fooled! I spent about $85. AND the packaging for the bangle identified ITEM as STAINLESS STEEL. OMG.
My only options were to post a review and Next I will contact my bank to see if I can be reimbursed.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is NOT an upscale copper jewelry store like the website would lead you to believe. The jewelry is crap and comes from China via YANWEN Express. If you try to return the jewelry it’s impossible! You can only request a return label via email that they don’t respond to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I regret that I did!

Horrible company! I ordered a copper bracelet. Received a gold one in a completely different style. I have been in a 14 email conversation with them & they still won't let me return the wrong bracelet they sent. Offer a 20% store credit etc..but they are DOING NOTHING to make it right. Buyer beware & steer clear of this company!

Ordered 4 items. 2 items faulty, 1 non as per description. I bought lifetime warranty. I have emailed 4 times trying to resolve, not got any response, been trying for over a month. I do not recommend

I ordered a ring but when I tried to track it I had a message stating order could not be found. Sent message via on line form with no response. Tried to e mail but unable to send. I googled the e mail address and it is not legit. The ring has now arrived. It came in a nice box, and looks ok. Time will tell if it’s pure copper. This company needs to sort out their tracking and customer service.

I ordered a ring and a necklace. They delivered the wrong necklace. I emailed asking for them to send the right one but they never replied.
Then I discovered that the ring reacts to a magnet which if it were pure copper as the website « guarantees » it wouldn’t. I emailed again and asked for a refund and again heard nothing.
I have now heard from the firm. They have offered a 15%refund and I don’t have to return the jewellery or a 50% store credit against another purchase. I’ve rejected both options and I’m waiting to see what happens next.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this firm.
